Good Mexican food

The restaurant specializes in non-Sonoran Mexican food, primarily Oaxacan which is spiced somewhat differently than Sonoran. I had carnitas tacos, but needed to add a little salsa, since I like spice! But my husband's tacos (adobado) were well-spiced for him. The service was really good, even... read more

I have not had a bad experience at Mosaic. I wish they had more of a drink menu because I'm not much of a tequila fan, but I can't complain too much since it IS a Mexican restaurant. I've enjoyed their enchiladas and flautas. The only thing I didn't like was the chile relleno, which was borderline tasteless. I chalk... More

This is the second visit for us and we were glad to meet our local friends here for dinner. Good food (chicken mole and chicken chimichanga) and drinks (various margaritas). The decor is fun and the staff attentive. They offer nightly specials. And we'll be back.

I rarely ever give a restaurant five stars, but this restaurant deserves one for their breakfast. Their Huevos Rancheros with tocino (bacon) is the best. We have only had breakfast here, but every time we come to Tucson we have to have it here. The service is friendly and very attentive.

QUICK REVIEW: On Grant Road just west of Silverbell Road (up on a hill north of a McDonalds) is one of Tucson's most revered Jewels of the Desert. We call this place simply "Mosaics." Having been here a number of times, my review comes from the heart. Mosaics is that place you go if you or friends/family/business acquaintances have never... More

I have been coming to Mosaic for years. The food is consistently good. They hand make their tortillas right in the front of the restaurant for customers to see. I hadn't been there for quite a while as I had been going to another place closer to my house. I went there b-4 Christmas and have been back 4 times... More

Food is very good here with a large variety offered on the menu. Drinks are excellent...go at happy hour and get the margarita's. It seems they are always busy but service is great with friendly, helpful, efficient waiters. Prices are very reasonable and the good meal makes it worth it. We would highly recommend you dine here.

I've eaten here multiple times and have always enjoyed the food. For me, it's one of the better Mexican spots in town. Nice building, interesting looking and service is good. The only negative is the one person bathroom for ladies... This establishment is well visited and hopefully they are able to add another bathroom stall for ladies in the future.

We visit Tucson about once a year and always come to Teresa's. Fresh homemade food, cheap compared to what we would pay in New Jersey and friendly service. The chicken tacos are my favorite but everything is good. Great happy hour Mon-Thur it was 3.50 for a margarita and I think 3.00 or 3.50 for a quesadilla. If you don't... More
