One of the best Mexican cafes in Tucson IMHO

We have eaten here a couple of times and the food has been very good and the service excellent. It is a very nice setting too... not very noisy... very pleasant. The food is not spicy enough for me, but overall quite good. Lots of variety on the menu. Prices reasonable.

I really wanted to give this restaurant more stars but couldn't. Sits on a hilltop overlooking N Silverbell Road, you cannot access it from Silverbell but have to go through the McDonald's parking lot, nice sunny round dining room, mosaics under the glass on the table tops, large menu, good waitstaff, concensus of my party was that it was ok.

Loved this place, even though I could not eat the flour tortillas it was fun to watch them being made. They also make and serve corn tortillas. The homemade salsa, and wonderful Sonoran food was a real treat.

My wifecandcI and two friends had dinnwr there this evening after a three year absence after they raised their prices by 30-40% at that time. My food was mediocre at best, my friend's was such that she didn't finish it, and the cost for what we got was unreasonable. The waiter was attentive and professional so he wasI tipped well.... Have been enjoying this restaurant for about 10 years and have always had great meals. Great family atmosphere with a view of the area. Also has a full bar.

I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often. The fish taco was superb and the guac was quite good.

My wife and I spent a week in Tuscon at Thanksgiving. The resort we stayed in recommended this restaurant which we tried for lunch one day and liked it so much we went back for lunch another day. The place is a little off the road hidden by a McDonalds on the corner of Ironwood and Silverbell. But parking is... More

The decor was interesting but I found the food to be tasteless for Mexican. The three others I was with were satisfied but there was nothing outstanding in any of the meals. Disappointing.

Ordered the most expensive thing on the menu ($15) as it offered a variety. Meat was tough, chile reaenyo was misspelled in addition to being tuff!! Chips and salsa and margarita(s) were good.

Read about this place in The Best of Tucson issue and had to experience the atmosphere of this circular restaurant. The food is good with a nice selection and had great service. Love the interior / exterior colors of the building and the mosaic tile tables. Other than that had a great lunch and would go back!
