Luke keeps the menu simple so he devote his talents to what he does best. Also this is a gun friendly restaurant. Usually about half... More

I ordered fries one time, but I didn't like them and haven't had them since. My wife was craving a Chicago hot dog (dog) from Luke's and I never had one... More

If you are in Tucson and do not go to Luke's on Alvernon you will miss out on the best Italian Beef sandwich ever created. Get it with the hot peppers and enjoy.

For those of you who don't know yet, the Thornydale location is under new ownership and boy does it show! Clean floors, clean booths, the same excellent food and great new owners, David and Vicki. The new owners told me they take pride in offering the same sandwhiches and the best french fries in town that have made Luke's famous... More
