As you drive up to the restaurant it doesn't look like much from the outside but don't be fooled, this place has a lot to offer. They have really delicious authentic Mexican at affordable prices. The meal I had was delicious grilled steak tacos with cabbage not lettuce, wonderfully seasoned refried beans and a great margarita. A definite must stop... more

Two locations. Sinaloan food -- I don't think you'll find this any place else in Tucson. Very tasty, small portions, light fare. Excellent are the gobernador (shrimp taco) and the caramelo (two small flour tortillas with cheese and meat or shrimp in between, grilled). Service horrible...but with a smile, to ensure a wonderful tip! We were given our drink, and received our check before we ever got a chance to order another one. Flavorless ( and ice cold burros ) with unseasoned cooked cow, shredded cabbage and onion. Imagine the succulent experience that was, and it was advertised as " carne seca". Whatever. Gratis... more
