We had no reservations and arrived during the "Early Bird Specials" serving time. After ordering a glass of wine in the bar, we were promptly ushered to our table by the host. Our waitress appeared quickly and apologized that we had to wait! She was exceptionally attentive and friendly. This is a family restaurant and meals have been served at... More

The pasta at this place is the stuff of dreams!! Light and delicious!! Serving sizes were generous. The salad bar is nice and cold! I would have given an excellent rating if it wasn't that the service was SO incredibly SLOW!!

We came in time for the early bird specials (up to 6:30). We got a garlic bread, homemade soup and a generous salad bar along with a very good entree of shrimp scampi and eggplant parmesan. Service was very attentive and the food was excellent. The wines were ok.

The service was good, I cant say anything bad about it, but the food was mediocre at best. I had the penne with meat sauce which should have been called the penne with salt sauce. Just way too salty...caprese salad should not have lettuce and just a smidgen of basil.... was looking forward to trying this place, but won't go... More

Stopped in for the early bird special (3:00-6:00 pm). Ordered the veal park and Joe's special. The veal was a frozen patty and pre cooked angel hair pasta. The sauce had a sour taste. Joe's special was linguine with cheese and sauce. Service was great and the place was busy. Not sure if we would return.

Sunday evening dinner was adequate but I found the sauce lacking in what I expect in Italian spices. Other than that, the Eggplant Parmiagna I had was tasty. My wife thought the Canneloni she had was too salty - probably the same sauce I had but I didn't notice that. The service was very good. Overall we won't go back... More

We have been going to Mama Louisa's for many years and love the place. I have been ordering the Gluten Free pasta (esp Joe's Special) for the last two years and it is wonderful. Great to find a pasta place that will serve GF. Two days ago we turned down the regular bread sticks and were talking to the server... More

Looks can be deceiving...and that could be said for this fantastic eatery. Mama Louisa's has been on my short list of great and lunch spots for a while and after my dinner expierience last night is now on my list for dinner as well. The Chicken Parm with Joes Special side is really something special and the price is well... More
