Five of us for dinner, all ordering different dishes and all very satisfied with the food. The service was very good and one of the best favorable points for us was the ability for all of us to talk. So many of the Tucson restaurants do NOT allow you to do that these days with the closeness of tables and... More

Came in for a late lunch. The service was good and the prices were reasonable. Had the soup of the day which was similar to Italian wedding soup, Very flavorful. The salads were fresh and the dressing was very good. Great Italian restaurant would visit again.

Nice staff here. Very polite and helpful. Italian food, including the traditional dishes you grew up with, and then some. Tasty. Reasonable. And no signs of disinfectant spray (see other reviews)!

Some of the best italian food I have ever had! However the busboy continualy sprayed tables with some foul disinfectent spray. He bussed three tables around us spraying foul chemicals into the air each time. This happened EVEN after complaing. As a result our dinner was unfinished. It was painful not to finish this delicious dinner as a result of... More

We went to this "Greco/Italian" restaurant with friends and were pleasantly surprised. The salad with their signature feta dressing was out of this world (one of the best I've ever had). The special - a scallop with pasta of choice was delicious as was the veal special taken by another guest. Dessert was terrific and the service was splendid. I... More

For the past 7 years my Wife and I have been searching for the perfect Italian restaurant. Something akin to the North End of Boston; Federal Hill in Providence or the little politically hooked up places in the Italian sections of New England neighborhoods where they answer the phone "Whaddya ya want?" I didn't call the restaurant so I don't... More

I was staying up in Marana and went from Tucson center back up to my hotel for about one hour then left to meet a friend at this restaurant. Due to the commuting timeframe, it took about 45 mins as it is in Eastern Tucson and one hits red lights at this time just about every 1.5 blocks. I didn't... More

My husband and I went to Dolce Vita last night for dinner. We live in Benson but the trip was totally worth it! What a great Italian restaurant! Beautiful interior, delicious food, perfect timing between an appetizer, salad and main course, friendly staff. I had portobello stuffed ravioli, my husband had veal marsala . Our server David was very nice... More

Having read a couple of disparaging reviews from 2007(!) I was astounded. This has been my favorite restaurant since Harry & Irene (from Kefalonia, Greece) took it over around 1997 from the previously named "Van Gogh's" where I met my deceased husband in 1993. It quickly became our favorite. The soups are wonderful (especially the tomato basil and the minestrone)... More

My parents and I went to Dolce Vita tonight for dinner. My parents had been there with my grandparents a few times before but I had never been. I really have issues with never getting good Italian food anywhere so I am always hesitant about going. Well it is basically right across the street from my apartment so my parents... More
