Very busy at lunch so go early or late. Breads are so tasty with large portions. Save room for some yummy desserts.

We love this place. It has the feel of an upscale New York bistro. They have great scones, breakfast pastry and coffee. Other people around us were enjoying lunch, which looked wonderful. The salads are huge. We definitely recommend this place.

The Mac and Cheese was awesome, and so was the "Avi" sandwich. The chocolate chip cookie was also very good. The food was reasonably priced and the bread was fresh. I would definitely recommend eating here.

I stopped in here for the first time with a few coworkers, and I was surprised at how packed the place was. Rightfully so! The sandwiches are amazing and made with incredibly delicious, fresh baked bread. I ended up ordering a turkey sandwich and had a whole half sandwich for left overs. Next time I will be trying their baked... More

Stopped in for a very late lunch. Still busy. Ordered a grilled cheese on rye and a cup of soup. Both were very good. Then I spotted this huge pretzel in the bakery, bought it and took it home as I was full. Nuked it and it was very tasty. Will definitely stop here again.

We have been going next door to Bookman's for years, but this was our first time here. Had a good lunch - roast beef sandwich which was tender and good, without a very long wait.

Stopped for a late breakfast .... had a pretzel and a one of the best roast beef sandwiches ever. The roast beef was tender and flavorful .... and for once, none of the stringy stuff that I usually gag on. VERY good Gorgonzola cheese .... and my sandwich even has some larger chunks that fell out .... yummie .... it... More

This is a great place for lunch! The sandwiches are always fresh, tasty and filling. I usually get a half sandwich with the baby carrots or else one of their breadbowl soups. Friendly place! It is popular for a reason. I've never had a disappointing experience here. Definitely recommended.
