WHAT A SUPRISE!!! Hubby and I decided to go on a motorcycle ride and came across this little restaurant. We didn't expect much even went through the door and asked the hostess if they were open for dinner. The place was semi empty so we were hesitant. They had Prime Rib for special but we just shared the Smokehouse Sampler... More

My husband and I love coming to this restaurant. After the El Tour de Tucson bike race, he and fellow Rotarian Tom wanted good food to eat, so we ended up at The Settlement! :) The food is always good, and the bartender makes the BEST Margaritas around! We also enjoy the live music they have on Fridays, and always... More

A good place to eat near Saguaro National Park. The homemade chips are outstanding and the food was very good as was the service. You won't be disappointed.

We've been here three times in the last month for the entertainment. The food is good and the drinks are tasty, but when we have one specific server, we have to wait ...and wait ... and wait. I don't know that we will continue to eat here but we'll still come out for the entertainment and drinks. The atmosphere on... More

The Settlement was really good. I've been here several time in years back, and it's still really good. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. The service is really good as well. Lindsay was out server and did a great job. She made sure everything was right , and that we had plenty to drink. I'd highly recommend... More

Recently ate here for my birthday and had a great meal. Extremely diverse menu along with their well-known steaks and the sides are excellent. Highly recommend the BBQ chicken, Carolina pulled pork, salmon, mac & cheese and all of the sides. Everything is very fresh and the ambience is local with awesome outdoor views of the Rincon Mountains. Goin back... More

We really liked the food here. We don't eat a lot of steak normally, but this is obviously what they do well. We really enjoyed what we got. The only reason we marked them down on atmosphere was that they had live music that we thought was just too loud for the size of the place (even though the guy... More

The Settlement is way out on the east side of the city, set in the foothills of the Rincon Mountains. Word is that it's been here since the mid-1800's. The building is charming - aged saltillo floors, genuine adobe walls, and a courtyard with a working fountain. They are known for their smoke and rightfully so. You can smell it... More

My parents live in Academic Village, near Vain. We found this excellent restaurant at a (for us Europeans...) reasonable driving distance. Excellent smoked food, American amounts, 2 days food for a 1 day price.
