Lovely evening

After checking Tripadvisor for a chef-owned restaurant, we decided on Jonathan's Cork. It was a great choice. The cocktails were perfect, the food - excellent, the service -appropriately attentive, and, best of all, the owner greets his guests. My only reason for a 4 rather than a 5 - it was... read more

My wife and I went to Jonathan's Cork for some appetizers and a glass of wine and were sorely disappointed. We ordered the crab cake, blackened calamari and grilled artichoke and while the flavors of the food were good, the chef decided to cover it in a bunch of butter - all 3 appetizers covered in butter turning seemingly good... We appreciate hearing from our guests and will take your comments to heart. Our artichokes are served the traditional way with butter on the side'; we will revisit the presentation for the crab cakes per your suggestion. Yes, our decor has the flavor and look of 'old Tucson' , as the Cork has been around since 1966 and it may... More

My husband and I went for our 2 year anniversary and the service was terrible and my stake was burned. We won't go back.

When we first walked into Corks I thought maybe Tripadvisor had steered us wrong. The crowd was older, the interior was dated and the bread was just okay. However the food we had was AWESOME. I ordered the southwest chicken and it was delicious. I never order chicken at restaurant because it's usually unimpressive but this dish is delicious. The... More

over the years this place has been great - the food, the service and the location. The ambiance is very good, especially if you are in one of the smaller rooms

We just did not see anything that sounded appealing. We decided to celebrate a special occasion and try Jonathan's for dinner. I was truly under whelmed. Service was erratic, no drink refills offered, etc. For the price, the food was mediocre, at best. We will not be returning.

Thank you for your comments. We're sorry that your dinner experience was disappointing. Our intent is to offer our guests the best. We're confused about your lunch comments, as we have never been open for lunch. More

Where to begin, Love the southwest chicken, great ribs, then there is the MAC & CHEESE so so good. James is the best bartender in Tucson with his drink expertise and friendly conversation. Every time we come here we just relax and have a great time. Thanks Steve and Sandy

What can I say other than the best Ostrich ever!!! I have had other things on the menu and they are very good but nothing beats the Ostrich. ;-) Great ambiance and service.

Small restaurant with excellent service, interesting menu choices, including ostrich and bison. I had a spinach feta salad with grilled chicken- very tasty ; my friend had liver and onions and another had salmon atop a spinach feta salad , all of which were excellent. It is, however, expensive, but nonetheless, a treat !
