Found it unique

We went for lunch when in the area one day, our experience was good. The service was good, very friendly staff, the hamburger was tasty and all for a reasonable price. I love the fact that they are huge supporters of the military and give discounts to active and non active members. My only... read more

I visit Tucson often and try and make it here during every visit. The staff is friendly and the food is inexpensive. Is it the best steak in the world for $12.99? No, but it's still a pretty darned good steak! I always leave full, and I always feel welcome here.

We had a party of about 35 and the 1 of the servers was not so great, the other young lady was very friendly. They put in our orders at the same time and they came out in a timely manner considering the size of our party. My fish was cold and soggy and the steaks were very bland. We... More

Not a place for food snobs but decent food for a fair price. Their sandwiches are very good. Decor from the 60s, is fairly dark inside. Their cod is always good - believe it or not. Not the greatest neighborhood but I have never felt uncomfortable. Will go back.

Flavorless steak, dark atmosphere, bad service. Dennys could outdo this place. Not to mention the really seedy neighborhood. Definitely not worth the drive.

Cheesy atmosphere, just okay food, good prices, poor service. Our group of 13 was not impressed and many left half their food uneaten. 1 1/2 hours for lunch. Not sure why anyone would find appeal with this place. Pass and go somewhere else.

Long one of our favorite places after a show in Tucson, Cattletown sits in an unpretentious part of town, doesn't care if you're in a suit and tie or shorts and flip-flops and (generally) has service equal to the die-cut chain 'family restaurants'. The steaks are flavorful and (generally) tender (the rib eye not so much, on two separate occasions),... More

My wife made a reservation on a Tuesday for 8 guests to have dinner the next Sunday which was Feb 22. however, on Thursday we called back to increase the number to 11 guests. We were told we had no reservation listed in the book??? We were assured it was in the book now. We arrived on Sunday at 5... More

We have eaten here a few times and the food and service was fine. A friend suggested that we go out for Sunday dinner and from past experience we thought it was a good idea. We arrived and were seated. The male waiter disappeared and returned much later and explained that he wanted to clear another table so we could... More

Have been to Cattletown many times, and continue to be amazed at the dining experience. The food is excellent, staff attentive and prompt, and the atmosphere is cozy. My favorite meal is their Fish and Chips. Can either be ordered regular or unlimited amount. The owner, Cathy, is friendly and always makes us feel like "family".
