Yes this is a chain but it's one of the best. They have a good selection of burgers for meat eaters and food for vegetarians. The service is quick and your drink is never empty. They also have a great rewards program. You get a free burger on your birthday, and a free entree after you order 10 items throughout... More

The food and service here was just fine, but there are so many local spots worth your support and where you get more for your money.

This was our first time at a Red Robin as none are available where we live. We absolutely loved the food. Their custom hamburgers are fantastic. They serve them with fried jalapenos, which were also a first, and were delicious. The kids menu has great items on it as well. Makes us wish we had one at home:(

After our favorite restaurant in the mall closed we turned to Red Robin. They just so happened to have a burger at the time called the Berzerker Burger for the Wolverine movie release. So that perked my husband's interest...plus who can turn away from bottomless fries? We love their appetizers, and try a different burger every time we go. Whenever... More

I have been to quite a few Red Robin restaurants in many cities in various states and I was not impressed with this restaurant. They messed up my phoned in order. Poor customer service and I will not be returning.

Burgers are delicious. Be sure to get the onion strings. Server was great. He made sure everything was satisfactory and kept our drinks We really like the cut of the fries and they now offer sweet potato fries. Yum.

Service was slow and lackadaisical. Burgers were only so-so when this chain is normally our favorite for burgers.

Amazing flavours on the burgers made here; the only complaint would be regarding the prices, a little expensive if you ask me

We were immediately greeted upon arrival and seated. The waitress was attentive and quick to tend to our requests. We enjoyed the lunch and atmosphere, however the price was a bit high. Two burgers and one chicken sandwich with two ice teas - $38.55. plus the tip total of $45.

Hamburgers and french fries are really good, but staff ignored our concerns. Hamburgers are a little on the expensive side, even when they are on special. Would not give us a slice of onion. Will give one more chance.
