Fun Outuv The Sun

The beer is cold. The atmosphere is filled with jazz. On the tube over the bar they are showing Ozzie & Harriet. I've had two rich meals and gone for a salad. The regular is enough for two. Stay away from the large.

If pizza is on your food agenda, I am happy to recommend Oregano's. Our meal started off with a green salad which was crisp and plentiful. The house Italian dressing was also very good. Our pizza choice was titled Numero Uno and I know why--it was absolutely delicious. Best pizza I've had in many moons. Looking forward to a return... More

Noisy but fun establishment. Had the Lawrence thin pizza. More a flatbread pizza than a N.Y. thin crust pizza so we were disappointed. Pizza was good. Service was good.

Had a great waiter, good drinks and even better food. Pretty fun atmosphere and very kid friendly. You can eat at the Bar or booth it's very large and accommodating. I would have gone back if I had more time in town.

When you see the locals lining up, you know it will probably be pretty good. We were not disappointed. It was quite busy when we arrived but we got two chairs at the bar right away and the menu is the same so..... My husband and I shared a pizza (and a beer or two). It was very good. The... More

A friend tried Oregano's and called me with instructions to head to the restaurant and have the Beefstro salad. "Unless you go at an odd hour, there will be a wait," he cautioned, knowing my impatience. "Bring a newspaper. It's worth it!" I'm neither a beef aficionado nor a salad fiend, which meant this was some amazing dish or he... More

OK, this place is not sophisticated, chic, or trendy. Not gourmet. As younger snow birds from Oregon we LOVE exploring restaurants that generate some sort of buzz in our communities (home or travel). Discovering Oregano's has been a treat that stands out regularly. Run, don't walk there if you want a vibrant atmosphere with personable waitstaff who try hard to... More

We recently went here and were very happy with our choice. The food is wonderful. We tried the Pablo salad, spinach artichoke dip (one of the best that I've had...the dipping bread is fantastic), and a pesto pizza with chicken. We will definitely be going back.

We went on a night that was busy. Waited about 20 minutes and then waited about 30 for the food. We were forewarned by the waitress that the kitchen had some big groups to serve. She kept the kids busy playing with balls of pizza dough. The food was plentiful and great. The kids had the cheese pizza and loved... More

If I lived in Tucson, this would totally be my place. The service was great! The food - INSANE! Our lunch was $14 for 2 of us and we had a GIANT salad and a GIANT slice of pizza that was amazing!
