Pinnacle Peak is part of a Tucson tourist attraction that is designed to be like the Old West in 1870 or so. It is a large, primarily steak house restaurant that also serves a good BBQ half chicken and a variety of appetizers. The steaks and ribs are usually pretty good and the prices are on the low range for... More

Come for the food, stay for the show. It is a fun restaurant with good food in a really fun old west town. There is something for everyone.

This place is a novelty. The food is good. I had the ribs and a salad. However, this is a place to go with groups and with the expectation to be entertained. Tie-wearers are labeled as "law breakers" and have their neckwear cutoff by their server and stapled to the wall or hung from the ceiling. We had about 35... More

Pinnacle Peak is one of Tucson's great traditions. Yes it's noisy, yes it's a little hokey, but the steaks are still great, and the prices are still within reason. It's our "go to" cowboy steak house for visitors.

This has been a must stop on several of my Tucson visits, especially with kids. Our most recent visit was very special. Thank you Johnny B.! The service at the steakhouse wasn't outstanding, but the food was good and a good value. Kids REALLY enjoyed the stunt show and the train ride was goofy but amusing. Only regret was that... More

Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse opened in Tucson in 1967 and has been the star attraction at Trail Dust Town ever since. Tip--this is not a place to bring your vegetarian friends. The specialty is steak, cooked by cowboys, over open mesquite wood fires--the only way to cook it. They also offer chicken and pork ribs, and grilled seafood. Your steak will... More

Great steak....HUGE servings! The tie cutting is a bit cheesy but kids love it. Make sure to see one of the shows.

Great tasting steaks from medium to really large, cooked just right. Sides of cowboy beans, texas toast, salads (& others) are terrific too! Beer is cold too.

Great atmosphere but do not wear your best tie! My advice is that if you want a steak it is worth a visit, but the rest of the menu is pretty average. I had the burger which was ok by my standards but compared to some of the burgers I have had in the US it was very average. Cannot... More
