Cute place, fun area

Our friends from Tucson took us here for dinner. I'd heard about this place for years and it was fun to go. I was surprised that they had so many cute things to see, shops, shows, carousel. We put our names in for dinner and then went into lots of shops and looked around. Dinner was good... read more

The Cowboy steak is worth every cents of the money spent. The employees are very friendly and especially Belle Starr. Nice tie display as well as the restaurant nicely decorated and arranged with tables and chairs that provide plenty of room and elbow space. Congratulations on such providing such great food and having such great employees!

We were so excited for a great steak. What we received was not great steak. For the price, we had higher expectations than that of a buffet steak. It was overdone, and not seasoned. The baked potatoes and sweet potatoes were tiny about the size of an older child's fist. The sampler platter was a plate of tortilla chips/salsa and... More

Thank you so much for coming in and for leaving a review. We have made our reputation over the last 50 years on mesquite grilling the best steak in Tucson, and it sounds like the steak you had during your visit did not meet your expectations. We would love to hear a bit more about your experience so that we... More

Loved the food, atmosphere, staff - there was nothing to dislike. The staff were very attentive. The beef was fork tender and beyond delicious. Loved the giant slices of bread!

LOVED this restaurant. The food was great and the waitress very attentive and humorous. If you go here, expect great service, fresh, delicious food, great draft beer, and a kitschy, but light-hearted atmosphere that is just warm and nice. The restaurant sports the outfit worn by John Wayne in Big Jake, under glass of course, and a rather hilarious habit... More

I have had extinctive travels in my 78 years & do not remember any restaurant with the ambiance, the service and very good food. Service is 2nd to none. Had several trips to the area and always enjoyed having dinner there.

Decent flavors, Baked beans were ok. Salmon seemed pretty good. this place seems like it would be alot of fun when its busy. Cool looking place. Just... More

I hadn't eaten at Pinnacle Peak in years, so I was happy to stop in on a recent Saturday night. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. I could handle all the fakey Old West stuff if the food was good, but wow. It was stunningly awful. I ordered the shredded beef dinner. The salad came out so overdressed... More

The steak my wife ordered was nicely done, but did not seem mesquite grilled. My ribs were ok but maybe a 6 on a 1 to 10 scale. Sweet potato was over boiled rather than over baked. Beans were good. But plain white bread... even thick sliced is just odd. Do a Texas toast with a little garlic spread. The... More
