We were looking to try Mexican food and we lucked out when we went to La Fuente. The service was good and the food excellent. The one man Mariachi Band was excellent as well. This gave you the feel of being in Mexico enjoying what they have to offer. We were not rushed; it was a very relaxing and enjoyable... More

La Fuente provided us with delicious adult beverages, the food was ok but the high light of the evening was the music. We were looking for a mariachi band and found the one man band at La Fuente. Everything from Sanata to other classic Mexican tunes. Dancing and making memories. We hope to return again someday. Thank you La Fuente... More

La Fuente is one of my favorite Mexican food restaurants in Tucson. Growing up with a Mexican mother, it's hard to find really good Mexican food that matches both her cooking and My Tia's. La Fuente comes close. They have traditional and seafood that just pleases the palate. They also have Mariachis and nightly entertainment. A great place for families... More

Quite surprised by all the positive reviews we read. The restaurant needs a complete makeover. Was seated at a wobbly table next to a pillar. The menus were sticky and in bad need of replacing. The food was sub par and good luck with finding the RR in the darkness of a hallway. Will not be back.

Great food and service. Love the orange and mirrors wall decor and the strolling mariachis. Would make it a point to go back to La Fuente when I go back to Tucson.

Six friends went to dinner last night. First of all the menus were sticky and dirty. Some of us thought we were missing pages only to discover that they were stuck together! Gross! Next margaritas were ordered and my friends glass came with lipstick on the rim. Really? I ordered the Green Corn Tamales. There was absolutely nothing in them,... More

La Fuente has been around for a long time - I can remember eating there in the late '70's. The decor hasn't changed a lot, but that doesn't mean it's dingy - on the contrary, La Fuente is CLASSIC. We went there for the Mother's Day brunch, which was a little pricey, but worth every penny. They offered an excellent... More
