Although hyped by almost everyone we know, Poca Cosa was a real disappointment. The staff is snooty, surreal, and genuinely uncaring. The food was reasonably good, but not worth the price or attitude.

Several people from other restaurants told us we must eat at Poca Cosa! WIth those recommendations how could we not. It is in the downtown area in a so-so section. But, once you walk in you are knocked out be the decor. Very upscale modern furnishings. Not something you would expect at all. It was very chic and yet friendly... More

Went to the Tucson Museum of Art (don't miss if you like SW art in a historical setting) before dinner with another couple. Rainy night but convenient parking so didn't need our umbrellas to get inside. Had an early reservation but staff was ready with full menu, including their trademark margueritas (pomegranate, yum, yum, shared a pitcher). Two of us... More

From the host to the food to the comfortable chairs, this place is fantastic! Menu changes daily, however there will be something for everyone! The flavour combinations and delivery of every dish was great!

very unassuming exterior, once you enter you are embraced by the ambiance, friendly staff and enticing food. The house Margarita is the way they are suposed to be made. Fresh juice - non of the premade heavily sweet syrupy drinks. The menu changes daily and is explained by the waitstaff. Each plate comes with a fresh salad, rice, beans &... More

The space is lovely, albeit dark. The service is rapid, like a diner, with a waitress reciting the entire menu from a chalkboard. The servings are large. The wine list is value-oriented. All the food comes at once, on one big plate, salad and the entree, with mediocre beans and rice on the side. The ingredients are fresh. Nothing is... More

A genuinely outstanding dining experience! In addition to all the other positive comments made by previous posters, we can only second every remark. Hostess Jamie smoothly resolved an issue with reservation time on a busy Saturday night and server Jeff's professionalism and intimate knowledge of the chalkboard-written menu topped off the evening. A little pricey, but it's an evening you'll... More

This was the most elegant Mexican restaurant I have ever visited in the US. The menu is fixed for 1-1/2 hours then it completely changes to new selections. There were no typical tacos, burritos or tortillas, just special dishes from all over Mexico who were prepared by an exceptional chef. I recommend ordering a dish called, "Plato Poca Cosa". The...
