We went to Poca Cosa because it was touted as the best, and a progressive Mexican restaurant in town. We were intrigued since we have never eaten at a progressive Mexican restaurant and are used to the Sonoran type food mostly found in Arizona. We thought the place was very attractive, the margaritas, and other specialty drinks were great, our... More

I know, people love this restaurant and I did in the beginning. But, It's just too much of a production line. Here's the menu, take it or leave it. And don't ask for any variation. Oh, and the recommendations from the server we're always the top dollar one the menu. While my entree Chicken Diablo was really wonderful, there are too... More

This restaurant is very good. We got two sampler plates, they normally have about 8 different ditches so the sampler has 3 small but generous portions of three different ditches. We had two sampler plates ann each plate has 3 different samples, so we got to try 6 types of ditches. I would have to admit that this is one... More

I've come here occasionally over the years, ever since this restaurant was in a different location. Never have I eaten an above-average meal and it is usually below average. The reason I return is that each time I've been with companions who want to dine here. But after last night, there is no way that I would go again. Cafe... More

Wow. No menu, options presented from a chalkboard. Then the food comes.....oh my goodness! Sensational. The ambiance of the restaurant is great, upscale, chic. The food is amazing. We ordered the chef special which combines three different choices, and you don't know what they are in advance as each plate is different. The good was awesome, but beware in huge... More

We had the most fantastic waitress on the night we visited. She brought the chalkboard menu over to our table and described the evening's specials in the most descriptive way possible with a beautiful Spanish accent. How could we make a selection when dish sounded like it would be the most delicious food we'd ever eaten. Our meals were truly... More

I have dined here a number of times over the past year and half, and it has been and always will be my first dining choice when visiting Tucson. My mouth waters, when I even think of the many differing types of flavorful entrees I have had here. Each differing new taste is a must-have journey. My experiences with their... More

We went to celebrate birthdays. One of the ladies in our group was on a restricted diet and when we explained to the waitress, she came back with a specially prepared soup for her. This does not happen very often and we were most appreciative. Three platos were ordered and they were all delicious; the chicken with poblano sauce was... More

I went to Tucson, AZ for work and our local employees suggested Poca Cosa for our dinner. We had a group of 10 and we called the restaurant ahead of time and they had no problem setting up a table for us in their small venue. The ambiance is really neat and there are a few dishes prepared and listed... More
