We chose this restaurant based on reviews and it was rated #1 for breakfast. We were passing through and looking for authentic Mexican cuisine. A few canned jalapeños and cheddar cheese does not make an omelet taste authentic. Bacon was greasy, omelet was dry. No butter for the toast. May as well have gone to Denny's.

Blue Willow's menu has something for everyone...great lasagna but also a great Asian stir fry and crepes and quiche. You can also have breakfast for dinner. We have been there a few times and service is consistently good. Be sure to sit outside in the patio if you can. Highlight is dessert...the chocolate sour cream cake is very moist with... More

Set in an old house, with a nice covered patio, this restaurant has many smaller rooms because it was once a house. We all had different things for breakfast, and all were good. Service is friendly and timely. Would definitely go back! There is a fun gift shop that you have to go through, but we didn't have enough time... More

Sitting in the 'outside' section, with a net that shades and blocks bugs, we had a lovely late lunch of salads. Fresh, tasty ingredients well combined - served quickly and pleasantly - at a reasonable price. Looking forward to returning to try more of the delightful menu...

Was in Tucson for a wedding and took the family to the Blue Willow. My daughter found it listed in one of the local magazines. When we arrived it was very crowded and I was skeptical of the 15 minute wait. They got us in very quickly. The service was outstanding and the food came fairly quick. The portions are... More

You can always count on a good meal here. Healthier than most places. Prices are good, and the great gift shop before and after dining. They have the best greeting cards, jewelry and knick knacks for last minute gifts. Always have a great meal and a great time when going their for the last 11 years.

We went to the Blue Willow yesterday and from the terrible interaction upon arriving to grabbing the check and running out saying that we'll NEVER be back. The chili was lukewarm and you had to buy a cornbread muffin which was miniature and tasteless. We decided to split a pulled pork sandwich that was suggested and it was an ABSOLUTE... More

We arrived before 9:00 am and had no problem seating ourselves. This was our first visit to Blue Willows found service to be fair to good. High note was the Eggs Benedict was outstanding. On the other side was the lonely blueberry pancake for $5.50 came with eight tiny blueberries on top but larger blueberries within. This pancake was grilled... More

We tried to go on a Sunday but there was too long of a wait so we went on Monday. Ample parking, quaint dining area outside and very good service. The food and coffee were excellent and well-priced. There is also a cute gift shop with very nice merchandise. I'd definitely go again.

We stopped there for dinner on a rainy night and sat in the patio. The food was awesome and our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. This is a special place. I used to live in Tucson and ate many a breakfast there from the 80's on. I was glad to see the the quality of the food is as good... More
