I went twice to Michelangelo's restaurant over the past few months, and while I really hoping to find a nice, good Italian restaurant in Oro Valley, it can just not deliver. The price of the menu items hint for a restaurant that provide good or superior Italian dishes, yet the taste is ordinary, lacking the finesse and freshness you find... More

We went for dinner on a Friday evening and at 5:30 had lots of choices as to where we sat. We had an excellent waitress and the food did not disappoint. They now offer choices of roasted beet salad (excellent) or caprese salad with your entree. The choices tend to be more northern Italian

This looked like a fine little local restaurant in our neighborhood, and we wanted to like it, but after eating a very average and unexciting meal here, we both suffered severe gastric distress. Can't really even look at it anymore. Beware.

My husband and I tried to make Michelangelo one of our "go to" restaurants after a long day at work. After going for months and trying to make it work--- we just gave up! We had the same waiter many times and he acted like he never saw us before which was strange but not a deal breaker. However, our... More

We held a birthday dinner for my 90 year old Dad here. Great service and food was perfect. Veal Marsala and Veal Piccata were excellent. The Linguine Napoli is also a favorite. Their pizza is also very good. Really like the bruschetta appetizer. Desserts are homemade and wonderful.

Four of us dined together. Two of us had the tortellini which was superb. One of us had a chicken dish which was very good, and the fourth had the classic lasagna which she said was "too salty". I like salt, so I tasted it myself and thought it was very good and not too salty. My only disappointment might... More

This restaurant had excellent food and service. My wife had the Lasagna Imbottita and I had the Cannelloni Fiorentina and both dishes were delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant for Italian food.

Ten of us went here for lunch when they offered their 25th anniversary specials. The choices were limited, but the price was great. The food turned out not to be so great. Some of us had the gnocchi, they were o.k. Others in our group who ordered the eggplant dish, the salad or the sandwiches from that menu that were... More

Enjoyed another good meal at Michelangelo's. Bread was sweet then out came our large portions of tasty food. Enjoyed the Salads, Touscan Soup, Fettuccine Alfredo, Gorgonzola Rigatoni, Seafood Soup and the wonderful Dessert. Katy our server was just awesome and I am looking forward to our next meal there.
