Haven't tried the pizza yet because the Bento Lunch can't be beat!

This is the sister restaurant to Vivache, a gourmet Italian restaurant. Very busy so plan to wait a bit unless you go early. The pizza is loaded and about 12 inches. We made a mistake and ordered one apiece and couldn't finish. Took almost a whole one home. Service was efficient and friendly, the wine list adequate. We had a... More

We chose to try Scordato's based on the reviews we'd read and we were glad we did. We went for an early dinner (around 5 pm) so we were seated immediately and received very attentive service from our waitress. We had a couple of beers and the margherita pizza. Both were very good. We will plan to dine there again... More

Glutenfree adds$2 to the price of the luncheon pizza, but comes as a 10-inch, rather than the standard 6-inch. My friends wished they had gotten the "thin crust". I assume it was not house made crust, but definitely one of the better commercial doughs, as it wasn't ricey tasting or too brittle. I would recommend it...and it came with a... More

Had dinner at Scordato's twice while staying in Tucson. Had three mushroom pizza and another with eggplant, zucchini and roasted red pepper. Both were excellent. This restaurant has several different seating areas. We were in a different one each visit. I liked that it was quiet enough to talk without shouting over background music. The service was great and staff... More

I've eaten a lot of pizza over the past five decades (that's just pizza-eating decades), and this is an excellent pizza restaurant. We had a mozzarella salad appetizer with lovely chunks of lightly toasted bread for dunking. It was great. The prize, however, was one pizza half-and-half with their sausage and tomato and their heavy duty mushrooms. It was outstanding,... More

We had read that this was the best pizza in town, but we weren't very impressed with the one we had. We got the one with mushrooms, olives and fresh arugula, but the toppings were skimpy, and lost under the huge amount of greens piled on top. Not sure what the fuss is about--we won't go back.

I was recommended this by a trainer at Loews Canyon Resort. As a fellow foodie, Valerie raved about this pizza. Absolutely correct. Delicious!!!

Scordato's Pizzeria is tucked away in a corner of St. Phillip's Plaza. Upon entering you are in a cozy bar cocktail lounge that is pretty inviting and may want you to linger for a few drinks. But we were there for the pizza that I had heard was spectacular. The dining areas are in the back of the restaurant and... More

I stopped here for a leisurely lunch with a girlfriend. Nice wine list, including multiple wines by the glass. Even though they were busy, service was good and we were never rushed. The chicken salad with tomatoes and mozzarella was amazing. I have never tasted such light mozzarella - like little pillows of cheese. Very good bread accompanied the salad.... More
