Relax and Eat!

A small little cafe and bakery with excellent gluten free options. Pricey but if you usually eat gluten-free you are used to that. I am very confident when I buy items for my friend with celiac that they are careful and meticulous about preparation. Delish!

In a trending world of gluten free shops, this place is well above average. The cupcakes were the best item on the menu. The bread I would score an 8 and agree with previous reviewers on a little higher prices. Overall the service was great and we left the restaurant with full tummies, smiles, and a bag full of gf... Heard the girls on radio's "Wake up Tucson" and thought I'd give them a try. Been there twice now and I have to say that although the food was tasty, I felt perhaps it was a bit overpriced. Perhaps the gluten-free part necessitates the higher price, but if gluten-free is not your thing, you might want to try elsewhere.

We rate these sandwiches the best: chicken salad, Sonoran, and grass fed beef. Friends of ours have rated the wilted kale salad as very good. If you usually eat the standard American diet (SAD) then you will be disappointed at this restaurant. This food is NOT oversalted, loaded with high fructose corn syrup nor dressed out with trans fats. The... More

Some of us are wheat-sensitive and others have more serious health issues that gluten-free food is a necessity. So it is wonderful to have a place like this. Recent trip here; I enjoyed two mornings with breakfasts: omelet with spinach, tomato and feta, roasted potatoes and gluten-free English muffin. Everything is gluten-free here. Quite the challenge to eat breakfast and... More

It is awesome to have bread, bagels or whatever for gluten free. Not that much paying 4 times the amount compared 5 a n oral restaurant. And the taste... is not there. Total scam. I hope this restaurant won't succeed?

...gourmet it's not. Fortunately, I'm not one of the 10% of Americans who must avoid gluten, so I have never been drawn to this restaurant. But I was shopping in the area and since they serve breakfast all day decided it would be a great place for an early lunch. Most people associate gluten-free with healthy; however, that it not... My husband and I have eaten here several times during our month long stay in Arizona. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. The best gluten free bread I have ever had. I recommend the Ginger-Lemon Cheesecake.

All of their tasty breads are gluten free and fresh tasting. Their cupcakes are delicious! We have had their blueberry pancakes - light and airy w real maple syrup. Their sandwiches are the best - the fish is the best!

We recently happened upon this wonderful bakery while visiting family in Tucson. Since we wanted to take a gift to our hostess, and knew that she had some food sensitivities, we thought gluten-free cookies would be a welcome gift ... and they were greatly enjoyed! In addition, we purchased two chocolate cake pops for ourselves. They were amazing! When we... More
