We serve authentic Mexico City Cuisine that's a delightful alternative to other mexican restaurants. The exquisite cuisine of Mexico City is almost a world apart from northern mexican food. All our tacos, meat and cheese dishes are cooked on charcoal or grilled. Here we serve fresh handmade corn tortillas and authentic tangy delicious salsas. La Parrilla Suiza is the Mexico City Cuisine restaurant you can trust must to feed your family.

"Not much to look at but the food is good"

Been awhile since we last ate here and decided to stop in again. I had the beef chimichanga , which was excellent. Lulu had the beef fajita, which was excellent as well. Our waiter was friendly and came by to refill our drink orders. The décor is old and could use an update but the food is... read more

Used to love this restaurant, actually met there weekly with a friend. Last time we had gone, we were disappointed with the food. Decided after over a year to give it another try. What a disappointment! Prices have gone up considerably, and the amount of food on our plates was CONSIDERABLY less. See the photo below of my meal, the... More

Our family travels frequently to Tucson and we always make plans to eat at La Parilla. This restaurant has become a destination for us. Every item on the menu is delicious. The wait staff has always been helpful and courteous even when we have been part of a very large family gathering!

The food is very good and authentic. We had the mozzarella and jack cheese queso, which was awesome! I also suggest the burritos. Not a huge fan of the tamale. But overall good food. The worst part of the meal was the service. We had to fill our own water, and we could not locate our server. Fun atmosphere and... More

The food seems consistently great. The chorizo Queso dip was great. Even has Mariachi for a truly festive time. One of my favorite places in town

We eat at La Parilla Suiza at least weekly. Try the melted cheese platters with fresh tortillas. The salsas are excellent and the Pico de Gallo is always rated as one of the best in Tucson. The several of the meat dishes are cooked with onion, green peppers and bacon and they are always a good choice.

I like the salsa and chips. The service is usually pretty good but sometimes they disappear and forget you're there. The food is always good and consistent.

The food, atmosphere and service was exceptional. The Shrimp Enchalida was the best I've ever had. We'll be back.

Definitely above-average food and atmosphere. My green enchilada sauce was very fresh and very flavorful. The shredded chicken plentiful and well prepared. My husband's carne asada was just the way he likes it. Our son enjoyed the simple kids' menu. I'm not sure what the particulars of "Mexico City cuisine" consist of, but you won't feel lost here. Quite a... More

This was our 1st time at this restaurant, and I have to say, it wasn't the best. The food was decent, however the service and the manager were awful. We were a big party of 18 people so I understand that our food will take longer than normal, but we waited an HOUR for 3 appetizers, all of which consisted... More
