Took my son here after a trip to the nearby U of A south medical campus. All of the staff were extremely friendly, the waitress got a crayons for my son to color with. The food arrived very quickly, my son devoured his french toast. I had the country breakfast bowl an omelet with biscuits and gravy. It was phenomenal,... More

This is better than any chain restaurant for good basic food. My husband loves the hamburgers, and I'm partial to the salads. Watch out for the Chicken Fried Steak dinner!!! It is HUGE, but delicious, if you want leftovers for the next day try it. The staff is very friendly, and will go the extra mile for your request. Even... More

On a store-choked corner of Campbell Avenue and Irvington Road is a tiny, pink-bottomed place I never knew about, even having lived here for decades and eating out habitually. Sunny's looks more like a Hawaiian themed bar-n-grill than a down home family restaurant. All I had time to notice as we entered was the pink flamingo memorabilia and the Tiki... More

Call me snobbish but I normally go to the big food chain restaurants because they are familiar and I know they will have good food. We fell upon this establishment when we searched for a good restaurant to eat breakfast. We saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try. I was at first reluctant because of the cheesy... More

After reading good reviews about this place, we decided to give it a try but the place did not offer anything special. The food was ok but not that special. We didn't go back.....

Living close by, I have breakfast here every couple of weeks on the weekend and have yet to be disappointed. The staff are friendly and the portion sizes are hefty and the price is fair. Have yet to eat lunch or dinner, but have no doubts it's just as good.

The interior looks like a beach shack. A mural of the ocean is on a block wall outside. The service was good and the prices are reasonable. You do get a large portion of food. The huevos rancheros was pretty good and my wife's country ham and eggs was good.

Great value. The chicken fried steak was huge, tender inside and crusty outside. It was perfect. Service is really attentive, even though the place was packed. everything is home made.

Stopped here our first morning in Tucson and breakfast was that good we came back the next day. Good portions of tasty food at a good price. The servers were fast and attentive and the price is reasonable. It isn't fancy but it is good.
