Russell Michel is off to an amazing start at Azul. The new chef is in the process of moving to a new menu, but no matter what he conjures up, I hope he keeps his rack of lamb, which is some of the tastiest I've ever had. The chicken was simple, but moist and tasty, and the chocolate tort dessert... More

The atmosphere is very quiet, not especially attractive, and cold both in temperature and in service. At least the attractiveness might improve when the outside renovation is done and outdoor seating becomes available. Very limited menu and good (not great) food. We got the combination special, which is an ok deal for a salad, main, and a side dish. Note,... More

We stayed on the property so we ate their three times. The breakfast was priced okay for a hotel and they did offer a cheaper kids price. The only issue was the fence that is up in front of the windows for the construction they have going on right now.

All three meals were VERY good. I can highly recommend the azul burger for lunch, (as well as the french fries) the salmon for dinner and the breakfast buffet. (try the salsa, one of the best I've ever had) Only complaint, they charge for the side dishes for dinner, which is surprising when I was already paying nearly $30 for... More

Made fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable drinks to order. The Chef Russell Michel is personable and brings 30 years of expertise to your table. The service - impeccable.

The breakfast and lunch menus were everything a fish& vegetable versus meat and potato couple could ask for. Ask for Mario; you will be SO pleased.

Azul is located within the Westin but stands alone as a wonderful dinning establishment. First the views are breathtaking with the mountains visible through floor to ceiling windows that are extraordinary. The food and service match to bring the entire experience to a whole new level. I started dinner with the best calamari I have ever had - unique with... More

I was lucky enough to get Mary as my server and Umeed as her assistant. Not only did they make me feel right at home, but Mary made creative suggestions that ended up being delicious. I know how hard it is to be a server, and Mary's one of the very best.
