Fire + Spice, our new cutting-edge Southwestern eatery is a culinary experience you won't want to miss. Steeped in history and rich in culture, Arizona cuisine blends traditional Native American ingredients, the refined tastes of Old Spain, and the spices, peppers, and cheeses of Mexico. Fire + Spice's menu is infused with the flavors of all three culinary traditions, and stands at the vanguard of nouveau Arizona cuisine. From presentations where the plate is the canvas and the food is the paint, to the enticing blend of aromas, textures and flavors—you'll enjoy Southwestern fare like you've never seen or tasted it before.

Good entrees, standard breakfast.

Stayed at the Sheraton, our 3rd stay, and ordered room service twice. When we ordered dinner we got chicken sopes which were delicious; portions were good and the kids meals were standard. Breakfast options were limited but also good, got the oatmeal and a couple omlets. All of the Drinks and the... read more

We stayed at the Sheraton on Grant Road. Decided to stay tucked in and we were disappointed in the food. The service was excellent and we enjoyed Honey, the maitre d' and Brittany, our server, was terrific. The food was average. The chicken on my chicken taco salad was ice cold... not the warm spicey I expected. My husband ordered... More

We stayed at the Sheraton and decided to stay in for dinner the one night, so we ordered at the bar downstairs for take out. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. Food was pretty good although pricey for what we got. We also got a couple of orders of cheesecake for dessert, which was pretty tiny looking. Although... More

The wine selection is really nice. And they have a few craft beers as well. Try the black bean hummus and the sopas. They were delish.

The Torched Salmon Salad at Fire + Spice (in the Sheraton Hotel on E Grant) is my favorite lunch there. check out the online menu in advance to review their fare. Fire +Spice staff are very friendly and add to a nice dining experience.

Just good food. Sit at the bar and talk with Victor. He makes a great Margarita. Service at poolside can be slow, but relax and enjoy.

The food at Fire + Spice was good. There was nothing outstanding or unique about it. If not for the convenience of being in the Sheraton, there would be no particular reason to eat there.

We were so tired on our last day in the US after a 2 week road trip that we decided to just eat in the hotel instead of venturing out. I'm so glad I did though - the salad I had restored my faith in American food :) Really fresh and tasty and wasn't dripping in grease - bonus!

We were attending the "Boogie Woogie Piano Man" concert at the Sheridan - so decided to have dinner at the Hotel Restaurant. As others as posted, a very decent menu, good selection, reasonable prices. Food: My sister ordered the filet - it was "cooked to perfection" - however - was only about 4 oz (seriously !) in size ! -... More
