My husband and I stopped there around 5:30 pm, on a Wednesday evening. There was one other couple eating there. The bar had about 8 men. We were in Tucson to see a movie and get a bite to eat. The food, for both of us, was non-flavorful. Don't waste your money or time. We will never go again. My... More

Went for breakfast and could hardly eat it. Food was not correct temp in holding dishes, Brown sugar for oatmeal was one rock hard lump obviously very old. Biggest issue is food temp for health reasons. What else is missed? Won't even try dinner. Actually I very rarely found hotel connected restaurants worth my time. They are usually subpar in... More

Slow service at lunch. When we ordered directly from the bartender we were fine, but outside by the pool was shoty and slow. The young staff was confused and not engaging.

Had dinner Wednesday night poolside with a couple of girlfriends and we were treated like Queens. Edward & Daniel are the best! Loved the restaurant's border rice & salted caramel gelato. The Tucson Turkey Reuben is the best sandwich ever!

With only one table on a Tuesday afternoon, we assumed we would be able to eat in a reasonable amount of time. We won't be back. The waiter was clueless and should find another career field. We had to ask 4 times for drinks, had to get up and get our own silverware, and waited 45 minutes for our food.... More

We stayed at the Sheraton on Grant Road. Decided to stay tucked in and we were disappointed in the food. The service was excellent and we enjoyed Honey, the maitre d' and Brittany, our server, was terrific. The food was average. The chicken on my chicken taco salad was ice cold... not the warm spicey I expected. My husband ordered... More

We stayed at the Sheraton and decided to stay in for dinner the one night, so we ordered at the bar downstairs for take out. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. Food was pretty good although pricey for what we got. We also got a couple of orders of cheesecake for dessert, which was pretty tiny looking. Although... More

Stayed at the Sheraton, our 3rd stay, and ordered room service twice. When we ordered dinner we got chicken sopes which were delicious; portions were good and the kids meals were standard. Breakfast options were limited but also good, got the oatmeal and a couple omlets. All of the Drinks and the smore package for the fire pits are over... More
