We came on the advice of a decent at the Mission - Great spot with super Mexican food

It was pretty busy when we arrived but luckily we were seated promptly. The menu is extensive but we made our choices after viewing what others at nearby tables had ordered. Two had the special of the day which was fish soup (on Fridays) and two shared a quesadilla which was huge and very good as... read more

Servers were friendly and the food was excellent!! The atmosphere was rustic, cozy & friendly. I can't say enough about the delicious food, from the chips and dip to the steak & eggs . Food tastes just like it came out of grandma's kitchen (homemade)!! Every time we return to Tucson we stop to eat & savor the delicious food.

We've been here numerous times, as recently as last night. We've had parties as small as three and as large as 20 people, and the service has always been excellent. The chips and salsa are really good and they don't mind bringing refills. The food is flavorful, just the right temperature, and has the right spicy kick that you'd expect... More

We found this spot just driving near the airport and wanted to avoid the usual chains. Very nice cowboy atmosphere with excellent service and a broad menu for adults and kids. I never expect to find much in the way of soups in these places, but the daily chicken and rice offering was maybe the best I've ever had.

This is a nice little place not far from the Tohono O'Odham Swap Meet. We stopped for lunch on a Saturday and found the place welcoming, crowded, a bit old and outdated, but with a nice vibe and good service. The tamales were truly excellent and the waitress a is they were known for them and had them every day... More

I have visited for breakfast on several occasions and breakfast is always excellent. Customer service is good. Food actually tastes like it's homemade not like other breakfast spots in town.

There seem to be a lot of local regulars here, and they have a large "cowboy" bar in one wing of the building. We had carne seca with chimichurri. That was good. They also serve good guacamole. The service was pleasant, and you are not rushed to finish and leave, which is always a good policy.

Good Mexican food with spices present in every bite. (A good thing.) I usually eat combinations of many Mexican standbys and they had a long list of combinations but they were restrictive. They did not offer a make your own 1, 2 , or 3 item combination option but I was able to find a pre-configured combo I liked. Fast... More

the food we ordered was very salty, the chips salty, the salsa satly, the regular tacos were dripping grease, carne asada tacos the meat had too much fat on them.service was ok, clean restuarant. beer bottles laying around parking lot area, looked tacky.
