We ordered the Turduckhen for our thanksgiving dinner and everyone agreed that it was the best thanksgiving dinner we have ever had. The meat was very tender and smoked to perfection and stuffed with a sausage cornbread stuffing. Since it was deboned we could slice it very easily. They claimed it would serve 10 to 14 people but it probably... More

This is not georgia style BBQ, however it is very tasty and easy to eat. We had the pork the first time and the brisket the 2nd. The reason I can't identify it as southern BBQ is that it's lightly smoked for a litttle and then wrapped and cooked-low and slow-over indirect heat for 12-15 hours-then sliced and heated with... So happy we tried BrushFire! The guy at the counter was so helpful and patient - explained the different sauces, made recommendations - no rush, laid back. The BBQ was sooooo good!! Had the brisket sandwich - the bread was so good (grilled). I had the deviled egg potato salad - YUM!!! My husband had the fries and loved them.... More

First time here. Was excited to try it and got even more excited looking at the menu. There was a variety of options and everything sounded so good. Decided to go with pork with deviled egg potato salad and corn on the cob for sides. Our order was brought out in a timely manner and looked presentable. My excitement died... More

Ample servings and lots of choices. Delicious bar-be-cue meats, dripping in sauces. Great potato salad, cole slaw. Small place, busy, friendly staff. Take out and get very happy!

My husband just brought home a takeout order from BrushFire BBQ. The beef brisket was dry and tasteless, like cardboard. The bread was dry and tasteless, like paper. The chopped pork upset my stomach. The potato salad tasted like there was sour cream or yogurt in there, or it might have gone bad. Yuck! The string beans were good. The... More

Ordering the Brisket and pulled pork sandwich. We were not impressed! The brisket was mildly smoke flavored, but super dry. The pulled pork overcooked as well. The sauces were ok, pretty run of the mill. The sides we ordered,...well again, they were just ok. The sweet potatoes were clearly poured out of the can juice and all, they added a... More

Accidentally found this place while driving into Tucson. It is in a strip mall and the sign is difficult to see, however if your windows are rolled down you will not have a problem finding it. They offer 6 different BBQ sauces, I did the sweet and bold on my brisket and it was yummy. The sides that were delicious... More
