Nice Courtyard Dining

Ate breakfast here twice and dinner one. Limited seating indoors but more seating in the courtyard which offers a fireplace with some tables near to take the cold edge off in winter months. Good selection of breakfast items from large omelettes to SW breakfast choices as well as bloody marys and... read more

You are better off trying to eat at other places. All you need to do is do a little homework, because Tucson has lots of amazing places to eat, especially for many different ethnic cuisines.

We liked everything about the place from first impression. Environment, design, people, rooms, firm beds, ambience, quiet/peaceful, would chill and hang if we had more time. Try this place!

Friends and I stopped for breakfast on the way to the airport. Our two calls to check on the restaurant's schedule and availability of seating went to voice mail. A third call to the hotel got the response that sorry the dining room must be busy. We arrived to find only one table of two guests. We were seated at... More

The food was basic, and there were billing errors which we have been unable to resolve. During March 2015, we ate breakfast at the restaurant at Lodge on the Desert. The food was okay but not great. The plates were not garnished in any way and our table was sticky with syrup. Consequently, we did not eat at this restaurant... More

very limited menu, food was good but overpriced. Food was quickly prepared, hot and good sized portions. Service was ok, nothing great.

Only had time for a quick lunch but the food was excellent. Had a creative asparagus salad that was delicious but the menu was limited.

Went to the restaurant to pick up coffee and yogurt as we were having breakfast later. The coffee was weak and did not taste good.

We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at this location when we stayed at the hotel. I heartily endorse the Café Gourmande choice for breakfast: Fresh Cut Fruit, Choice of Toast (Nine Grain toast is excellent), Lodge-Made Jam, Arbuckles’ Coffee. You can dine both inside or out in the courtyard with an open-face fireplace - very nice ambiance. Dinner choice was roasted... More
