Our 3rd visit to Lubec and we went to Frank's for the first time. We had avoided the waterfront restaurants as being too touristy and were pleasantly surprised with our recent visit to Frank's. Service was friendly and reasonably fast. We liked the sauce. Overall a pleasant visit, I would go back.

We recently ate lunch at Frank's. It was clean, with a nice dining area and great deck. With the exception of the Spinach Salad, the food was average. The House Salad was huge but very ordinary. There were BIG pieces of carrots, celery, peppers and cucumbers that had to be eaten by hand because they weren't cut up enough. The... More

We had a dinner at Franks and really enjoyed the haddock. It was fresh and was flakey and almost sweet. Soup was hearty also. It's a small place but makes a big impact. They not only have fresh fish but a variety of Italian choices, too.

At Frank's we had the "love feast!". The feast is a combination of lightly breaded and fried shrimp, clams , scallops, and haddock on top of a bed of fries. Plenty of food for 2 people. Very good and not too greasy. Good food. Great deserts . Nice scenery if you sit outside .

My wife and I ate at Frank's twice for lunch. It's not fancy, but the place is nice and friendly. Food was excellent at a reasonable price. Lobster rolls one day and the sausage sub special the other. Both yummy. Plus, you have a water view.

We showed up at closing and they welcomed us in and served up some mighty good food ! She had wings and I had the blacked prime rib. She said the wings were delicious and the prime rib was one of the best I've ever had. Sides were fresh green peas and homemade mashed potatoes. A very good meal, we'll... More

Frank's was a recommendation from a local. The restaurant itself is slight quirky (in a fun way), located in the central dock district. The view of the water was nice. The service fantastic, and the food delicious and well prepared. My mother said it was the best crab cake she's every had, and crab cakes are one of her favorite... More

We wanted a take out lunch to bring with us to Campobello Island and Frank's fit the bill. There are not any cold sandwiches on the menu so you have to wait a bit for the hot sandwiches or other take out items to be prepared, but it is well worth the wait. The sausage sub and pastrami sandwich was... More
