Description: Established in 1998, Gracie’s was founded with a vision to offer fine food and personal attention to all. Started on Providence’s Federal Hill, Gracie’s quickly outgrew its 30-seat location and moved to the Downcity Theater District in 2005. The new space offers a cozy wine room, a stunning private dining room and greater seating capacity. Although Gracie’s has grown in size it remains true to it’s mission -- to create a warm environment, and to surprise, excite and educate the palate.

My friend and I received a gift for a five course chef tasting with wine pairing.. Our waitress was attentive to us throughout the meal. She started by asking our likes, dislikes, allergies etc..Each course was tailored to us individually. The food was like a taste explosion!!!! Upon leaving, the valet left a little gift in our car; homemade chocolate... More

I took my daughter, grandson and granddaughter to Gracies last night to celebrate my granddaughter, Grace's, 18th birthday. Alan was our wonderful waiter who greeted us with a toast for her and ended by a candle on her amazing creme brûlée. The attention to detail truly makes it a 5 star restaurant. The duck was to die for. I get... More

The food was delicious and creative and it is always fun to have them choose the wine. They were able to accomodate my "fishitarian" wife without a problem. My only complaint was the service. They have a team that is supposed to wait on your table but no one seemed to be in charge. Who takes the drink order? Who... More

We had the best meal at Gracie's. Best meal in a restaurant in a long time. We had the 3 course fixed price meal. Bread was excellent. I gad the Gnocchi appetizer, my husband had the baby green salad with homemade potato chips on top. We both had the Rigatoni Campanaro. Very large portion. The tasting treats between courses was... My husband and I traveled from CT to Providence to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. I booked reservations at Gracie's a few weeks in advance after reading positive reviews here. When making the reservation online, I noted that it was my husband's birthday. When we arrived that evening, they had a cozy table reserved for us in a quieter part... More

Went to Gracie's on a Saturday with reservations. We were seated right away and greeted by our waiter, we informed him this was our first time here and he really explained the menu to us. We went with the a la carte menu and were very pleased. Drinks were also great got the papa peach, manic Monday and rosa sin... More

the setting is classic and lovely. We had a gin based drink that looked and tasted like summer, then the three course meal with wine pairing. The staff was attentive but not overly so and knowledgeable, the food was modern but not overly so, the portions were just right and the wine paring perfect. Best meal we have had in... More

Went here just by chance with friends and everything was outstanding! Food was the best I've ever had...I'm extremely picky and I was amazed with all of their fabulous dishes. Service was top notch and very professional. Establishment was extremely clean and inviting. Thank you again for making out night. Will have to go for our anniversary!

We arrived at 6 on a Tuesday without reservations and were seated promptly. At first, the service was excellent; we had water, wine, bread, amuse bouche, and salads very quickly. Then a long wait for the entrees. and another long wait for dessert. The restaurant was not full and there seemed to be plenty of staff in the dining room,... More

Wait staff- friendly, knowledgable, professional and down to earth. Food- Amuse bouche, palate cleanser, and post dessert all gratis and all excellent! and I shouldn't forget the home baked breads which rocked. portions were well sized and prix fixe prices were amazing for what you received. Overall the best restaurant meal I have had in years.
