Rambauer Wine Tasting

Armando coordinates great wine tasting dinners pairing servings with selected wines for a very reasonable price. Enjoy with a party of friends or go alone and meet some new ones.

We came for lunch on a Saturday when almost all the other Italian restaurants on the Hill were closed. Had the osso bucco tuberri which were delicious. Well they better be at 28$ a pop. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce although a bit to thick was flavorful My wife not being very hungry got just the... More

Went here after an event at the Convention Center, so it was if afternoon. Great time to be there as I understand it gets really busy later. Waiter was great, both our meals were pasta based done to perfection. I had dessert, the Nutella cannoli, it too was very nice, their took a whilst omelet. But it washugeandi actually took... More

I ate at Zooma last summer during restaurant week and had a very good lunch, so was looking forward to a fine dinner. It was a busy Saturday nite and our table for two was in a crampt space by the window. Once seated, there wasn't a lot of room. Our server, Kevin, seemed to have a couple of tables... More

Had lunch here today, service as very good, my food was very bad. Farfalle with Vongole was really sad. I think there were 8 small clams in the shell, no minced clams and the thickest pasta that I have ever seen. Kind of looked like someone's first attempt at handmade pasta. The broth/sauce was bland and I would have been... More

So nice to walk around Federal Hill during the holiday season and find that Zooma was open before 3PM. I did find parking on the street but many restaurants have valet parking or you can park in a lot for $15. Zooma makes their pasta made right in the restaurant and you can watch them from the window. Festive and... More

Some of the freshest, best pasta in Providence. Colossal shrimp in many dishes are well done, creative pizza and salads. Eggplant is a must. One issue is the limited interesting meat dish offerings.

Weekday lunch on a sunny December afternoon found us on Federal Hill and hungry, Zooma was an absolutely decadent treat, from the lovely glimpse of hand rolled gnocchi on entering, to the tempting prix fixe luncheon menu to the dramatic design and artwork. From luscious meatballs in aromatic gravy to the gnocchi, clams in white sauce and delectable cannoli and... More

I came to Trattoria Zooma to experience a restaurant in Providence's Federal Hill restaurant district. It is probably the only place in Rhode Island where more pasta sauce would run into sewer drains than rainwater, due to the presence of some unique, and oftentimes affordable, Italian Cuisine. When you drive there, on street parking is available. The best place to... More

Welcomed us in, despite no reservations. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the friendly and efficient service and the delicious food. Especially enjoyed the old fashioned liqueur coffee afterwards - a house special. Good value and good food.
