House made pastas, great service

We went to Zooma for lunch on our last holiday and we felt we chose a great restaurant amongst the many choices offered on Federal Hill. The wait staff was the highlight and the food came close second. All pastas are made in house - you can see a cook make them in the entrance. The bolognese... read more

If your in Providence you must eat here. Pasta made on premises is the best we've had in a long time. The sauces were flavorful and spot on. From starters to meal everything was so good. Sorry we will not have time to go again.

My wife and I stopped for an early dinner after what had been a long day for both of us. We were shown to a wonderful table by the open windows and got to enjoy the best of the indoor ambiance and sidewalk seating. Our server was exceptionally nice and professional. I had a scallop dish that was simply amazing.... More

Having grown up right outside of Boston and being married to an Italian for 39 years I'm a pretty good judge of Italian restaurants and this was definetly the worst I've been to. I got chicken parm and needed a very sharp knife to cut chicken. For 25.00 for lunch the quantity was small. Sauce was bland. But the worst... More

I went to Zooma with a large business group (50-75 people). We had several wine tasting stations and a variety of foods. The antipasti table was wonderful with a wide assortment of cheeses, olives, veggies, breads, and meats. Pizza was also available as well as a flat, stuffed ravioli (?). It was a fun evening; very informal and plentiful. If... More

My husband and I have been to Zooma a few times. Every dish we had was delicious. The fresh pastas are cooked perfectly. The salmon is my favorite. The meat and cheese board with olives is great appetizer.

Went to Federal Hill for lunch and wanted to try a new place and heard a lot of good about Zooma. It was better than I imagined. Beautifully decorated inside and we sat at a fancy booth. They had lunch specials listed in the menu and all looked so good. Three courses came for 14.99 what a deal! We ordered... More

We stayed in the Hilton nearby and walked down to Federal Hill, and were faced with an array of restaurants to choose from, and luckily choose Trattoria Zooma. We were a walk-in with no reservations, but they seated us immediately. Very fresh, deliciously paired Italian food. You can see that the chef thought about the flavors and which went well... More
