i DO NOT GO TO ANDINO'S UNLESS I WANT GREAT ITALIAN

Yes,this place is on the Hill and is the real deal. Real italsian food, waiters and chefs. When you want veal made the right way you go here. This crowded place brings you back to the old country. Pasta that is just right, the cheeses are outstanding as is the bread. You will never say you went away... read more

Went Saturday evening with our daughter-in-law and son. Ate on the patio out back. The antipasto is must buy with salad fixins, tuna, imported meats and cheese; the perfect way, with the fried calamari, to start a meal. Wine prices were not out of reason. ALL entrees were enough to share OR take home for next day lunch! Gnocchi-SO GOOD!... More

today, 4 of us went to Andino's for lunch and had a wonderful time and great meal. First, we were met by the greeter, Laurie, who could not be more personable and helpful. She told us about different items both on and off the menu. Also explained to us about some of the dishes. She was just delightful. Then Katie,... More

We visited this restaurant today. We have eaten at many of the restaurants on Atwells Ave. We love a lot of them....we return often. We decided to try Andino's, after reading many recent reviews....what a mistake. We decided to try the 3 course luncheon....we both had caesar salads, they were OK, nothing special. We then tried the calamari, and the... More

Andino's was like stepping into a time warp -- there was nothing "nouvelle" about any of the dishes, but the food was plentiful and tasty. The staff was attentive, professional and very helpful. The restaurant was loud because so many tables were having a great time, but we could still carry on a conversation.

Four of us had lunch here. Sicilian sangria was a refreshing drink on a warm afternoon. I had the special 15.95 . Pasta and bean soup good broth loaded with beans, I then had baked polenta with house red sauce. I am surprised that in this age of gluten freedom, polenta is not seen all that much. Often it is... Called at 10:45 for 11:30 reservations, very accommodating with valet parking available. Our server Laurie was very good and the food was very good as well. Veal parm and 2 chicken Parms were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had a hard time deciding if this one was average or very good. I went with very good because anywhere that has a nice outdoor courtyard to eat where they make the extra effort to make it a nice dining experience gets that extra star. The outdoor dining area was very pretty with big umbrellas, nice tables and table... More

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday just before the rush and were seated right away. We usually stick to tried and true favorites on "The Hill" but decided on a change. We shared the Calamari for an appetizer and of course enjoyed the bread basket with a really good quality olive oil dip. My son and I had the... More
