We took my granddaughter here after her play was over. We like the variety of the menu. There is something for everyone. Desserts are the best!

It was very nice and clean, spacious and the service was excellent. The waitresses were very nice as friendly and were very fast in serving us. It has the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten. It was a nice clean environment and helpful in helping me choose what cake I wanted.

Being from MA, I feel like Gregg's is a bit of a glorified Friendly's (without the delicious ice cream) but what they lack in ice cream, they make up for in cake! The cake is incredible, and you have to have the chocolate layer cake. The food is just okay, but the service is always great.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and a piece of pie. A giant, high, delicious piece of lemon merengue pie. Good coffee, too. Expensive, but worth it.

If your looking for a place to eat, that is consistant, Gregg's is the place. Food is good, service is good, and the price is fair. They also have outstanding dessert's. A great place to get a quick bite or late night snack.

Pleasant service. Large variety. Child friendly. My chicken greenhouse salad was sort of tasteless. The dessert array is impressive and people seem to pick up bakery items. We will try again for breakfast but it is not my favorite dinner destination.

We stopped in for breakfast but really to get a desert to take home. We were visiting Providence and Gregg's came highly recommended for their deserts. So we were delighted to find them open for breakfast on Sunday morning. Breakfast was good; prices very reasonable. We took home a chocolate cream pie that was to die for. Wonderful.

GREGG'S has always been one of our family favorites. My favorite meal there is anything with turkey. I frequently get the Thanksgiving Day sandwich while my husband usually orders the Hot Bird. I can conjure up your taste buds by telling you it tastes just like Thanksgiving. Not in the mood for turkey? The menu is quite extensive with salads,... More

Gregg's is NOT a fancy place, and this is SUCH a good thing! I've enjoyed Gregg's every time I've eaten here since I was a child, and coming here always brings back fond memories, while satisfying me with honest, delicious food! During this last visit with my mom, it was great to be serviced by a staff who was attentive,... More

The menu choices and prices are great. The decor of the restaurant and pub area offer a warm feeling and the staff make you feel welcome. We have been going to Greggs for several years and find it to be one of the best informal dining experiences in Rhode Island.
