1st time!

We showed up last night-Saturday at 7:15! We were told an hour and a half wait but we're lucky to get a seat at the bar! Amanda was great! She steered us in all the right directions and gave me a special wine glass (I am fussy about that)! The only surprise was how quickly the food was delivered... read more

Visiting Providence and went here since it was #1 listed. I can see why. We waited almost an hour on a Friday night but it was worth it. The sangria was fruity and delicious. We started with calamari ($6.95), an unusual preparation with hot peppers, Mexican corn, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. It was scrumptious! Wife had a special of seared... More

Very enjoyable. Attention to detail, from food to fish tank. One of the most hands on family/owner dining experiences I have ever seen. Brothers really take pride in providing a first class dining experience. Be open to try very different but exceptionally great dishes. Plus the cocktail menu is very unique. Eating here is like travelling to South America without... More

I enjoyed our dinner at this very popular Providence restaurant. We started with the Sopa de Maní, a simply huge serving of a beef-based version of the traditional peanut and potato soup. We barely had an appetite for the next two dishes, the Ají de Gallina and the Chimpum Callao (a combination made half of ceviche and half of fried... More

The chef is putting together both traditional and new Flavors into a wonderful menu of Peruvian and Bolivian inspired dishes. Come here and embrace your inner carnivore! Knowledgable servers and smooth polite support staff (runners, busses etc). This is a Providence gem.

This is not my first trip to this unique restaurant. And as always, the food was exceptional. We had an appetizer special - tuna, avocado sushi style over some pan fried noodles. Shared lovely bottle of Malbec & a Pork Tenderloin over butternut squash. But - 2 complaints - on our transfer from the bar to table, the hostess insisted... More

We have been here twice and both times we enjoyed a meal which exceeded not only our expectations but presented to us food that was perfect in presentation and in the eating. If you knew my wife and I you would know that our standards in regard to food are very high and it is rare that we find nothing... More

Great food with huge portions. Service was outstanding. You will probably have a fairly long wait and it's very loud, but so worth it.

Not sure what more to say that hasn't been said. You won't be disappointed. Great food, interesting flavor combinations, fun drinks. Make a reservation if you plan to go on a weekend night, because this place won't be Providence's best kept secret for long.
