I thought we would have a pleasant fondue dinner what we had is an excellent dining experience. our server Ryan was knowledgable and pleasant, we never felt rushed. All the suggestions made were on target. we were there for three hours and it did not seem that long. The beef was tender and tasty. definitely would go again!

My daughter and I had dinner at this restaurant on a freezing cold January day. We were seated at a table that got a breeze every time someone entered Providence Place Mall. I complained but I was told there was really nothing they could do, even though the restaurant was empty. At the end of the meal, the manager came... More

Have dined here many times and loved it! Not the case the last visit. The oil for the meat fondue was too hot and burned every piece we tried to cook. Server was nowhere to be found, so I found the temp control and turned it down twice. Still was too hot and was smoking. Meanwhile, still waiting for a... More

Took my two 15 year old granddaughters. It was a wonderful place to go for a multigenerational meal. Lots of fun. Food was good and the girls enjoyed the experience

Very dark and quiet, as per usual for the melting pot, but this one had quirky little rooms so everything seemed very intimate. I didn't like our first table, it was out in the open in basically a walk way and asked to be moved. They accommodated us immediately. A little bummed out that they no longer have their big... More

Went to the Melting Pot for dessert for a friends birthday back in April. We all had an amazing time and the food was delicious! The chocolate paired with the fruit was the perfect combination! We got the 2 person fondue and we spilt it between 3 people and it was plenty of food. Our server wasn't around a lot... More

Yep, it's pricey as others say...we spent $196 (including tax, tip, and a few drinks) for three people for the 4-course fondue. I hadn't been to a Melting Pot before so it was a novelty and I enjoyed it a lot. The cheese fondue was delicious, and the seafood trio that I ordered was filling. The chocolate dessert fondue was... We did the 4 course meal and we did enjoy it but for what you get and the quality of it, it seems a bit pricey (with tip was over $150 for 3).the meats seem average at best, beef cuts seemed to be lower end chuck or along those lines and the shrimp were not small but not large by... More

Bullet points: - Got a salad, it was very small and so over-dressed, the lettuce was soggy! Did i order the soup?! - The chicken pot-stickers were the same quality as something you'd pick up from the frozen section of BJs or Sam's Club. - The sauces are very syrupy and overly sweet. They taste like they came out of... More
