My wife and I went there for our 1st dinner stop on our vacation to Estes Park . We were warmly greeted and promptly seated . Our waiter was interesting and helpful in our wine and appetizer selection . His suggestion of a Malbec wine was on the spot . His knowledge of the menu was helpful as well .... More

I went here with a coworker because of a recommendation from a family member who was here less then a week ago. The service we had was lousy and we complained to the manager Matt. He personally took over after we had a chat with him about our original server. We were going to walk out and had the check... More

As all the reviews acknowledge, the restaurant has a great vibe from the 1929 vintage building and the wonderful setting. The food was very good--elk appetizer was excellent, and the waiter's recommendation to have the carrot/dill soup (which I was skeptical about) turned out to be right on point. I would recommend the place and we will go there again.

We went to this restaurant while visiting Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The restaurant was highly recommended to us. Reservations were not accepted here, so for a group of 8, we needed to be there when their doors opened at 5:00PM. The setting is beautiful, and the restaurant is decorated in appropriate styling for the area. The... More

I went with my wife. The food was delicious. I had the elk medallions and wife had New York strip. Everything was good but the green chile mash potatoes are a heartburn waiting. The only negative was the parking. There is none. Luckily we showed up early for our reservation. We drove around for ten minutes to find a place... More

This restaurant is always busy, so reservations are recommended, even in the middle of winter. The steak is good. It's one of the better restaurants in Estes.

This was the best meal we had while visiting Estes Park! The brie in pastry was absolutely the best appetizer. I thoroughly enjoyed the elk medallions, they were so flavorful and tender. My boyfriend had the duck and it was the best we have ever had. Service was also the best we had during our week stay and we dined... More

My husband and I are Colorado natives and we love the mountains. We live near Estes Park, but had never been to the Twin Owls Steakhouse. We received a gift card from friends and decided to visit on a beautiful Friday night. I made reservations and we were greeted and seated promptly. The atmosphere was nice, a rustic log cabin... Nice atmosphere, nice people and quality food. I love the steak. One thing I hate more than anything is paying good money for an average meal. If I'm going to pay, I want something I can't do at home. Twin Owls was worth every penny.

Good Food, reasonable price for steaks (we are from New York so it might be expensive for some) Nice atmosphere, there was live music when we were there.
