Fun Atmosphere

We visited in the off season, so there were not many people at the restaurant. This was fine with us. We enjoyed the food and my husband especially enjoyed his pizza with elk sausage. The atmosphere was fun with lots to look at. Very rustic! We would go back.

Food was mediocre and very small portions. I paid $1.00 extra for potatoes instead of the usual fries and was served two very small potatoes on my plate. We were done with our meal about a half hour before the live music was to start and we asked the waitress if it was ok to stay for the music. We... More

We are "regulars" at The Rock because we enjoy their 2 for 1 Happy Hour beer offerings and the great appetizers. I could live on their hummus appetizer. We also love the live music, which often helps us extend our visit right through the dinner hour. In off-season, it's cozy and welcoming, with a great fireplace. During tourist season, arrive... We hung out a lot here because it was so close to the Rams Horn Resort. Awesome food, great selection of beer, happy hour from 4 - 6, live music and a super warm atmosphere.

Estes has never been a good town for resturants. There are plenty and we have tried a lot of them over the years. We were there for one night and needed a reasonably quiet spot to have a glass of wine and a light supper. We ened up here by elimination. What good luck! A short but nice wine list... More

We came here because of the high reviews and live music. After a Saturday night attempt (over an hour wait and very crowded) we decided to come back on Sunday evening. We were seated right away. Our server was friendly, so no complaints there. The food was average, but high priced. One in our party tried the two wheat beers,... More

Visited twice during a weeklong vacation to Estes Park. Great, warm, cabin-like atmosphere and local flavors. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a meal here when you visit EP!

The food here is excellent, the staff is always friendly and more times than not there is live music. It can get a little loud but it's a great place to take a date, or go to for a special occasion. When I have guests from out of town visiting I almost always bring them to the Rock Inn.

The Rock Inn was recommended to us by a local for their good steaks and atmosphere. We did enjoy the atmosphere and the live acoustic music, but the food was very subpar. My husband ordered a steak that was just ok and I had the prime rib sandwich, which was very chewy and I could not even finish it. I... More

This is our favorite hang out in Estes Park. Best happy hour in town, good beer, wine and drinks and good pub food. Try the "Devils on Horseback" they are stuffed dates wrapped in bacon. Sounds funky, but as good as it gets. We highly recommend it, fun place good music!
