Very good southwest/mexican food and drinks. Their fajita special on Friday nights is more food than most can eat.

Checked out this place while attending an event at The Stanley. Check out the happy hour menu! Great prices! My wife and I tried the battered fish tacos! I loved mine! Great fish! My wife found a long hair in her food (reason for the low rating). My son had the spicy hot wings, and they were amazingly HOT (he... More

Enjoyed dinner at Ed's Cantina with my wife during her birthday weekend. We waited about ten minutes to be seated on a Saturday night. We ordered a beer and soft drink; both of which were served quickly. Our meals were prepared quickly as well. The food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. We ended the meal with hot sopas that... More

We ate here on an early Friday night - a bit disappoined that Happy Hour ended at 5pm....but liked the fact we could get 'small bites' since Mexican restaurants tend to go a bit overboard on portion size. Also liked their option for buffalo meat instead of ground beef, though I really couldn't tell the difference. Pleasant meal, nice server....just... More

Host staff was very friendly and helpful. Waitstaff was very helpful, providing recommendations and explaining the menu. Our meal: Appetizer; Flautas, delicious Dinner; Chicken Tacos: one with spicy diablo and one with tequila lime. Both were very good, flavorful and satisfying. Chile Relleno: Had it smothered in their red chili which was an excellent choice. Wait staff recommended the basted... More

We drove around Estes Park looking for somewhere to eat for a late dinner and nothing was open or looked appealing. After two times past Ed's we decided it must be good since the place was full. We were so happy we went! I had the avocado margarita and it was amazing, and pozole for dinner-delicious! Our server was very... More

We stopped by on a late Thursday evening when they were getting ready to close. Despite the late hour, we were very well cared for and not at all rushed. The carrot Chile soup was the best. I meant to see if I could buy some to take home in a big container but forgot on the way out of... More
