Try the Top Shelf Marg

They make their own margs here and don't use the bottled mix. The staff are really nice and the food was quick, hot and really tastey.

We had a great experience at Ed's Cantina. Their spin on Mexican food seemed very fresh, not as heavy as some. I had the Chicken & Avocado Tacos which were wonderful. They were served with an amazingly tasty corn side dish. The margarita was wonderful too! We will most certainly visit again.

We were visiting from Florida and wanted a great place to eat after our day hiking in Rockey Mountain National Park. Our party was three boys ages, 10-15, my high maintanence mom, and my husband and I. We had ate at a few other resturants in town and were not to impressed. As soon as we sat down and our... More

Been in twice this month to enjoy the Thursday restaurant tours in Estes. The small plate sopes as well as the tamale combination were flavorful and fantastic! As a tapas fan, would LOVE to see a regular small plates menu at Ed's. Bring back Xango cheesecake too please!

Ed's Cantina is located downtown near all the shops so it was a great choice for stopping in while walking around. The service was friendly and the food was good! We'd go again if we were in the area.

The interior is inviting, the bar is fun and the food is very good. Some nice vegetarian options. It's nice all year round, and in the summer you can sit out back by the river, which is cool.

My wife and I visited Ed's last night as part of the Estes Park Dine Around. (For those who don't know, a selection of local restaurants offer five dollar entrees, tasting plates or small meals.) We always enjoy Ed's and love having the opportunity to try something different. Last night's offering was a tasting plate with a steak soft taco... More

I was expecting this place to be similar to On the border but was pleasantly surprised. My fiance and I had the combination fajitas, which were on sale two for the price of one. They were Great, some the best fajitas we've ever had. We both really enjoyed them, the chicken was juicy and they also serve a good amount... More

After a long day in the car we found it difficult to find a place open late to eat "real" food in Estes Park. While driving around we came across Eds Cantina. The service started off a bit rocky but Jessica redeemed herself as our meal progressed and the food made up for our slow start. The quality of the... More
