Clean, quiet restaurant with friendly staff, recommended by our hotel desk clerk. Bison enchiladas on the menu. Several different sauce options. Also, RedRum Ale, in honor of The Stanley, where 'The Shining' was filmed, being just up the hill. Food was fresh, service was prompt. Suggested Margarita was refreshing and a nice compliment to a tasty meal.

Enjoyed our dinner. Burritos were best we've had in awhile. Service was good. Salsa was fresh and Margaritas were great!

In our recent 5-day stay in Estes, my husband and I kept coming back to Ed's. We were recommended this place by a staff member at our hotel, and we are so glad he mentioned it! The service, menu, and location are wonderful. The employees at Ed's were friendly and assertive for each of our 3 visits. On our final... More

We ate on a Friday night and the place was packed. We waited about 25 minutes for a table. The food was really delicious and very fresh. The service was good and we left happy and full. We would eat here again next time we are in Estes Park

We stumbled upon this little restaurant this past weekend. We are used to Mexican food in Texas so needless to say, we are a bit picky. There were 4 of us, my husband, 2 small children and myself. We usually stay away from restaurants we don't know much about. Mainly bc my kids are not into trying new stuff and... More

The best Mexican food! They also offer several types of Margaritas. The avocado margarita was delicious. They have a nice patio overlooking the river. Great atmosphere for lunch or dinner.

Wait for this place was way too long but we figured if it was this busy it must be good. We were wrong. The food had no flavor. Even the salsa lacked flavor and kick. Service was so slow, we ended up being there way longer than we wanted to be. I figure that is why the long wait, not... More

I was skeptical hearing that most of the Mexican in Estes was so so. Really was pleasantly surprised with the variety of items on the menu. I feel you can judge a Mexican restaurant by their salsa and I loved it! My fish tacos were awesome. And to top it off our waitress was unforgettable. She was so chipper, on... More

Ed's is a pleasant place located on the east side of town that serves amazing food. Burritos, tacos, tamales - if you love Mexican, you'll love Ed's. The patio overlooking the creek out back is gorgeous if the weather is nice but the dining room is pleasant and comfortable too. I've never had a bad meal here. The parking lot... More

The name says Mexican, but the food is more local with a south of the boarder flare. My wife had a taco salad with buffalo meat which sounds odd but was delicious. My nachos were the same you would get anywhere that sells nachos. I stuck with beer as the drinks we have had here before were not that great.... More
