Great nachos

Great food and a short walk from the Stanley. Meet up with friends after a great hike in the mountains. My portion was large and very tasty. Worth the price and staff were great.

We visited Ed's Cantina based on reviews here.. Big Mistake.. Yes the place was clean, yes the waitstaff was great, unfortunately I ordered the Chicken and Avocado .tacos. Chicken was pre packaged and had the texture of a pencil erase with 2 of the thinnest slices of avocado . 1 slice each taco. I am not a fan of thick... More

We started dining outside and then when it started to rain, they moved us swiftly to a table inside. Food and service was excellent. Unique menu with many offerings.

If you are looking for yummy Mexican food this is a great place! The portions are large do bring and appetite. The taste of everything we had was great... Street tacos, bison nachos and burrito. The margaritas are great also!

We stopped here for lunch on this beautiful snowy day in Estes Park because of the Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The beef nachos were average, meat and cheese not quite heated enough. My husband had the potato bacon soup which was excellent. It even had a smiley face!!

If you like good southwestern food and tasty margarita's Ed's Cantina is the place to go during your visit to Estes Park. To avoid a short wait plan on going to lunch or dinner a little early.

We were hungry and the lines almost deterred us from stopping here but we assumed every place in town was going to have a line. Glad we waited. We split the tacos and Bison enchiladas and we were very happy with our choices. At one point the power went out for a few minutes but nobody panicked and soon I... More

We've been to Estes Park for over 25 years. We've been to Ed's Cantina in the past. This was a Monday night with not a lot of choices open in Estes. We ended up at Ed's. We were going to order a glass of wine - I know it's a Mexican restaurant - but we'd been at Snowy Peaks Winery... More
