We ate dinner here on August 15 with our 3 teens. We had just arrived in Estes Park. Our 19 year old son picked Ed's Cantina using Trip Advisor. It is a good place to go with families...quick, lots of choices (my youngest ordered a burger), casual, and reasonable prices. Our waiter helped us pick sauces for our burritos. I... More

My husband and I LOVE the fish tacos! They are so filling and have great flavor. I wish I could say I've tried more but it's my fish taco joint!

Decor is typical resort ambiance, nice service, reasonable prices, but the food is excellent. A combination of Mexican(American) dining and local fare adds up to a simple menu, prepared with flare. My wife pronounced her burrito the best she could remember. Mine was merely excellent.

My daughter was very disappointed in ordering a taco but it wasn't hamburger meat but brisket. Not what a 5 year old would expect. Our waitress was horrible and should have told us that ahead of time in my opinion.

Discovered this restaurant in July or August of 2014 and it has been consistently excellent. The owner strives to source local and organic food and the presentation is appealing to eye and the two things I have tried were delicious and unusual. One had a squash salsa that was delicate and went well with the black beans, rice, and vegetables.... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Estes. During tourist season, you are going to wait a while for a table, even during the off peak times. The guacamole is good and the pitchers of margaritas are better. I usually get something made with bison. I've gone there with guests and family members and they are all happy with... More

Fast, tasty and great service at the bar. A little slower on the patio along the riverwalk, which is great if you have time. At the bar, the service is quick and friendly - exactly what is needed after an 26 mile from Flattop to Haynach...good stuff. Had most of the items on the menu at one time, no complaints... More

In two visits to Estes Park, one in 2010 and one in 2014, we have eaten at Ed's three times, once for breakfast and twice for dinner. If you want to get in, especially during the tourist season, try of go in non-peak times. Several reviewers indicated that a waiting line is a good prognosticator of a good restaurant and... More

We actually ate here twice when visiting the Rocky Mts. Both times were very good, (Try the buffalo.) Prices were good, service was very good also. Two people can easily eat for $25 or $30 which is great for a tourist town.

I usually eat at Ed's place when in Estes and this time I tried a new dish on the menu. It was Pollo Con Crema - chicken in a chipotle cream sauce, served over rice and was delicious!
