We saw the reviews and decided to try it out. I got a chicken burrito and my husband got some kind of chicken plate. He liked his. I didn't have time to really look over the menu and didn't notice there were some weird things about the ingredients. It's the first time in my life I've ever had a burrito... More

We didn't have a reservation and since it was still kind of off season we were seated pretty quickly. They were able to make substitutions which was a bonus and the food was fresh and flavorful. Great chips and salsa too! Staff was friendly and efficient. We were in and out with the kids which was a bonus as well.

We have eaten at Ed's many times over the years although we have not been there in the last few years. We were very surprised to find that the food is much better than we were anticipating. It is fresher as they make a lot of the food in-house. The green chile pork sauce is really good. Service was excellent,... More

Visited in January. Food was above avg "Colorado Mexican" (not Tex Mex). Drinks were excellent. Service was fast and attentive. Would recommend and visit again.

This place was hopping when we arrived. It is a great local hot spot. The wait staff was attentive. I had the buffalo tacos and they were the best tacos I have ever had. Crispy and light taco shells and the most amazing taco buffalo meat mix. I could've eaten 6 tacos they were so good. I finished every last... More

Margaritas were good! Not authentic mexican food, but we were hungry. Service was great, our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. It was different, it wasn't awful. It was tasty, but not quite what my wife and I are used to.

This was recommended by someone else in Estes and it was great! The drinks were great, I had the avocado margarita and my husband had a spicy margarita, both were fab! We also ordered nachos and a bison burger both were good. I would back to Ed's if I am ever in Estes again.

After a long, cold hike in the Rocky Mountain National Park, my fiancé and I stopped at the Cantina with high hopes of a well deserved nice margarita, nachos, and tacos to sooth our aching bodies. Luckily we were sat right away- and asked abruptly if we wanted drinks with not even a second to review the menu. Under the... More

Great little one of a kind place! My husband and I enjoy the bar/happy hour every chance we get. Love the nacho's and the long island ice tea - you can't go wrong!!!

My husband and I were taking a short trip to Estes Park. We asked a friend to reccommend some good places to eat. Her first place was Ed's Cantina. We decided to stop in for a drink and were sorry to see a sign on the door saying that they would be closing the next day through the 18th of... More
