The atmosphere was pretty cool, you can watch the ducks while you are eating, and other wildlife. It's overpriced. The food is really just average, but the scenry is great.

Have only been here for breakfast and it was great. Perfect spot to stop right before you hit the entrance to RMNP at Beavers Meadows Entrance Station (just a couple of minutes to the West).

We enjoyed an early dinner and found the staff to be very friendly. The food was great! Especially liked the children's menu, which featured a 5 oz sirloin and pasta with marinara as options. We enjoyed watching the birds outside. Sounds like a bear likes to visit the area, but we weren't fortunate enough to see him/her. Great experience!

When you ask locals where they eat, this is one they always mention. The food is better than most all restaurants we have visited in Estes. The staff is great, the food is great, we had chicken fried steak dinners and they tasted homemade. Generous servings, nice friendly family place. The sandwiches and hamburgers are ok, they have homemade bread... More

The restaurant has a wonderful view with ducks and birds playing all along the back patio. The food was very good for the price and the service was excellent. Try the elk sausage sandwich if they have it again and the sweet potato fries.

When we have out of town guests visiting the mountains, we try to plan things so that we can have lunch at "The Other Side" restaurant in Estes Park. If you get there before the main lunch rush, you can get a table downstairs at the windows, and enjoy your meal looking out at the pretty little lake there. You... More

We had a group of seven show up and there was immediate seating in the restaurant section. The food was good and the service was very friendly and very nice. However I don't think the pricing on the food was justified. There is also a cafe area with a more modest menu, which probably would have been a better choice.... More

We had a large group - almost 75 people - so we ate off a limited menu of six choices (which were all just OK)...but the service and friendliness were great! We even showed up 30 minutes early and they had no problem taking care of us. Had we eaten off of the full menu we probably would have experienced... More

Very nice dining experience with our family of 5. Wait staff was nice and friendly. Mexican egg rolls were excellent. Pot roast and burgers were good too. I would eat there again.

My party of 6 really enjoyed their lunch! We had spent sone time at Bear Lake and arrived hungry. Wednesday, midday, no wait and fast service. The Salmon Chowder special was delicious and everyone enjoyed their burgers and sandwiches. The restaurant sits by a pond. They have buckets of bread available to feed the geese in the pond. My Grandkids... More
