The server, Deliah, was awesome! Very attentive and pleasant. The food was not bad but just ok. I had broiled trout and it was good just not, "wow!, I want to go back and eat there again." The view was nice, it just felt like we had stepped back in time, like the early 80's…everything just seemed outdated. It has... More

We ate there on our last day in Estes. The breakfast was good, but the service was very slow. Could be because they were accommodating a tour bus while we were there. The hostess seemed a little overwhelmed. We probably will try it again because they had a great menu, but hope we beat the tour bus next time.

After multiple attempts to find parking at various restaurants on a Saturday evening the immediate appeal was the civilized parking lot. Nice location with a small lake, ducks and mountain backdrop. You will need to sit downstairs to enjoy the view. The interior is in need of updating. We were greeted and informed there were two dinner menu options and... More

Went here for rainbow trout and it was just what we were looking for. Both sautéed and broiled trout were very tasty and there was a good selection of local beers. A couple of recommendations: make sure you ask for a table in lower dining room - near the water. Upstairs feels like a coffee shop. Also, cafe menu only... More

I've dined at The Other Side as well as the adjacent coffee shop from time to time over two decades and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, service and quality of the food. This is one of those places to which one can return time and again and continue to be pleased.

The Other Side Restaurant has great lunch items. Their breakfast food is pretty good also. This is a classic home-cooking restaurant with some old-fashioned Estes charm. You'll enjoy the experience.

Stopped in on our way out of RMNP. Apparently you sit in different areas of the restaurant depending on the meal served. It was 10:55 and we were told we could wait 5 minutes for the lunch area (with the view) to open or we could sit right away in the breakfast area (view of parking lot). Hmm, 5 minutes,... More

Went here with a restaurant.com certificate. With the discount, the price was good, and the view from the main dining room (don't eat upstairs) was extremely pleasant. We ordered the prime rib upon the recommendation of the waitress. The meat quality was good, but the prime rib was pretty tasteless (it wasn't well seasoned). The sides and such were fine,... More

Variety of offerings. Quality average. I am a Mexican food fan, and I would not order Mexican again here. Able to satisfy children and adults.

I think you may have us confused with another establishment as we don't really offer anything in Mexican Cuisine. More

We had a large group of 15 people and the service was prompt and attentive. Our menu selections were diverse and everyone raved about the quality and taste.
