This place would not be on my list for quality food however it would be for coffee, which is hard to find. They grind Allegro coffee. It was fun to watch the ducks slide around on their frozen pond.

We had lunch. I had chix avocado wrap - it was good. fry's were great. coffee good. Philly steak sandwich excellent (although husband didn't like the potato plank style 'fries' that came with that...but I did!).

The restaurant was great and the food came out extremely quick. Not much in the way of a bar- even though the decor is very "Colorado" the restaurant has more of a diner feel. It may have been different downstairs but we chose the upstairs menu. If you want the view that they seem to be famous for you need... More

They were extremely busy when we arrived - the food is not bad, a pretty good selection. The waitress did the best she could in the tight space she had to work. Best to eat early.

We showed up pretty late in the evening, and they were still very happy to have us. The manager or hostess met us at the door and were very friendly chatting with us as they got the tables ready. They have the place split between a more "cafe" style, and a full diner service. We ate in the Cafe, and... More

I wanted to sit by the water and watch the ducks with the beautiful forest mountains lingering in the background. But no such luck, my arrival was in between breakfast and lunch. The breakfast area was just as peaceful. The breakfast was even better. The Wild Game was the best I have eaten. The flavor and texture were a rare... More

Despite having a large wedding party and us lacking a reservation, the hostess found us a nice table and we were promptly seated. Enrique was our server and he took very good care of us. The food was good, the restaurant has a nice view out the large windows, and it was a very pleasant experience.

The food doesn't leave you disappointed or begging for more. It's good, but not memorable. The atmosphere is very nice though. And given the level of eateries in Estes Park, this is one of the better ones.
