So many different cultures, and the food is great. They hire a lot of students from ALL over the world, which makes dining more interesting.

The service was great, but it did not make up for the big bill for frozen food. There's a sign hanging in the restaurant that touts not to expect fast food. Wow, I think I would have preferred McDonalds. I'm vegetarian and choose the veggie burger after reading the description in the menu which made it sound like it was... More

Great service! We made reservations ahead of time; good thing we did since there would have been a wait otherwise. Very small sized restaurant and quite noisy. Serves "down home cooking"; food was okay but nothing special.

Stopped here for lunch. Loved the friendly staff. I had soup and my husband had a tuna sandwich. Both were tasty and very filling. I wish I would have tried the fish and chips. Table next to us was raving about them and kids even asked the waitress for more fish. Would definitely go again next time in Estes.

You know, when you eat in a restaurant at the crossroads of a town at the entrance of a national park, you don't have high expectations: actually, you expect the food to be a little ratty. This wasn't like that at all -- we were very pleasantly surprised. I got a salad plate, and all of it was fresh and... More

Came here to enjoy some trout and we certainly did! We ordered the special which was trout cooked with butter and yummy seasonings with crunchy sliced almonds, steamed vegetables and fresh tasting rolls. The trout was fillet at our table as the waitress did an excellent job at taking the bones out. Melt in your mouth goodness for sure! Also... More

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The prices were a little high for a family on a budget.

My family and I recently visited Estes Park, and were so pleased to find Sundeck. The food was, hands-down, some of the best we had during our stay. Our waiter, Hogan, was friendly and attentive. He even checked with me twice to see that he had placed my wine order correctly (there were two quite similar on the menu). He... More

We asked around town for recommendations about where to find good trout. Sundeck was recommended to off we went. We were very disappointed. The trout was not prepared well (served swimming in some liquid) and not filleted well at all. For a restaurant that specialized in trout this was substandard. Our service was spotty. Overall, we found this restaurant to... More
