Enjoyed our final meal of our vacation in Estes Park at Poppy's. It was worth the short 20 minute wait for a seat outside (we passed the time next door at Mama Rose's outside bar). Decent family style food at a decent price, with excellent service. We'll definitely go back the next time we're in town.

We ate an early evening meal at Poppy's. We were seated right away in the outside dining area. Our boys loved sitting outside next to the river. After ordering we were able to go out on the river walk and explore a/k/a run around. Our waiter was wonderful and very attentive. Our drinks and food came promptly. We ordered "cheesy... More

Rob has the best pizza assortments in town and handles a big family group with ease. On July 10 our group of 14 had a great time. The surprise appetizers were a treat while we waited for five types of pizza. Our youngest grandson said they came from heaven. Poppy's is always a must when we visit Rams Horn in... More

Poppy's has all sizes of pizza from individual to large. I ordered the Rocky Mountain Pizza because it was the most unusual to me. It was very rich and delicious. It has smoked trout, capers, cream cheese. It is so rich that I could only eat half of an individual. I loved it though.

I had heard that their draft beer selection here was the best in town. The night I was there the selection was not very extensive. Pizza crust and toppings were average at best, and a bit over priced.

We stopped here before heading into RMNP and we were not impressed. The pizza was barely edible. The crust was dry and flavorless. The sauce and cheese tasted cheap. The cheese was rubbery. The toppings/cheese were so greasy we had stomach aches the rest of the day and that was even after blotting napkins on the top to remove the... More

The setting, burgers, and the beer selection definitely are the high points for Poppy's. The facility is nice, clean, family friendly, and LOUD. The pizza, fries, onion rings, and service were average.

Stopped here with my family for pizza. Restaurant was fairly busy but service was good. We had cheese bread and pizza. Prices were a little high but not out of line for the area. We were a little disappointed with our pizza, the crust was done very well, but the pizza itself was not very hot. I think it may... More

My family (party of 7) ended up here when the line at the BBQ joint was over an hour long. Not only could Poppy's seat our big group right away, the menu also provided a little something for everyone (pizzas obviously, but also burgers and a salad bar). The hummus and pita appetizer was generous in size and the individual... More
