The young adults tried the yak, bison and elk burgers and said they were delicious. I had the Chicken Bacon Melt and the chicken was so tender and juicy. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those that want to experiment tasting the different kinds of burger meat. They have parking behind the restaurant so it makes it easy... More

This restaurant offers a unique western atmosphere and mountainous food options. There weren't very many vegetarian options and the prices were fairly steep but it was still delicious!

My family and I went to eat at Grubsteak in June. The service was good, but the tables were a bit close together. My husband had the guacamole and jack yak burger with garlic mashed potatoes. He said his burger was delicious, but the mashed potatoes were not good. He said they tasted like they came out of a box.... More

We were waiting for another place to open up when a local recommended this place. We decided to give it a try and ended up having a nice lunch. The food was good and the server was polite.

We actually walked out of another restaurant and went to Grubsteak when the hostess at the first place told us they had about five wines, and she would be happy to write out a list for us. Grubsteak's list is in print! They even agreed to put a bottle of red in the fridge for 10 minutes because it had... More

We enjoyed our trip to The Grubsteak. They have a good local draft beer selection and everyone enjoyed their meals. I can personally recommend the yak burger (which has a beefier than beef taste) and was cooked perfectly. One of the managers personally went out of his way to find us a table in the crowded pub area and our... More

Stopped in here for lunch on a Thursday. We were quickly seated, as it was fairly early and this place was pretty empty. Our server was very friendly and service was good. Food was fine, two of our kids had a cheeseburger, which they said was very good. Tuscan chicken sandwich was okay, nothing special. The prices were okay for... More

We've eaten here a few times over the years, and it's never quite as good as we hope. If you're feeling adventurous, try somewhere else. If you're just in for something simple, the burgers will not disappoint. Also get some local beer.

We have always enjoyed a burger here. That is where the fun begins, because you can get all sorts of meat such as elk, buffalo, or regular beef. The salads are also good if you don't want quite as much.

Great place to watch the World Cup! Friendly staff at the bar and gluten-free buns for terrific hamburgers. We'll be back!
