Decent food. Not as fresh as we hoped. Appropriately priced but below average service. If you're starved and can't wait to get into a crowded place - then peppers is for you. On the plus side they do serve beer and margaritas and have rooftop deck.

We visit Estes Park at least three times a year, and since Peppers opened we have always stopped for a meal. It is fast-casual with a local inflection, and the buffalo nachos are one of our favorites. Fish tacos are freshly grilled to order. My only disappointing meal involved a cheese enchilada that was cold in the center. A nice... More

After hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park for the day, we wanted some good food, but also didn't want to wait. Pepper's fit the bill splendidly. The establishment has a lot of seating with very few customers on the evening we visited, which might be typical of the off season. This is kind of similar to a Chipotle, except that... More

Tried Pepper's for the first time this past weekend. The staff was very friendly. The burritos were huge with a nice variety of fillings. The buffalo nachos were delicious, again with lots of choices for toppings. Well worth a visit.

On our way home from Rocky Mountain National Park we happened upon Peppers. It is a build your own menu like Qdoba. The food was really good and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

We have always avoided this place because we assumed the worst. Glad we finally took everyone's advice. It was very clean and food looked fresh. I had the fish tacos which were very good. I thought drinks a little high but food well priced. We will be back.

Although we knew the names of some of the most popular restaurants in town, we were on foot, spotted this one on the corner and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the freshness of the food, the friendly and accommodating staff, cleanliness and enjoyed a quiet meal. Afterwards, we were energized to browse the shops... More

We were surprised by how much we liked our dinner here! The place on the outside seems a little strange but the staff and food is very good. It's a build your own type Mexican place but the portions are very generous and seemed fresh. The prices were also reasonable! Our group got the veggie burrito, quesadillas and enchiladas. I... Try the #2 or the #3 meals. Great quality food for a good price, and very fast. It has counter service and standard fast food restaurant tables and chairs, so don't expect ambiance, just fantastic mexican food.
