We had one dinner here during our visit to Estes Park, and very much enjoyed it. It's not a fancy surroundings, but the food was fresh, tasty, prepared to order and great portion size and a very good value. The people working the kitchen were obviously hard workers and took their job seriously. They serve a very credible margarita as... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It didn't look like much on the outside, but the menu options were limitless, and the food was outstanding. I prefer this place (prolly $30 for a family of five) over the ridiculously priced and bland Dun Raven restaurant that costs us three times as much!!

Chipotle style setup with a line and food at the end. Was fresh and very good. Large portions and good price.

I really enjoyed the food there, they skillet the chicken and veggies as you order them so they taste very fresh. They had good options including sweet potato and a good pico de fuego salsa. My wife didn't care much for the fish tacos she said fish smelled and didn't have much flavor.

This was our first time to Peppers, and we will definitely be going back. Sweet potatoes in the burrito?! Such a game-changer. Very fresh and flavourful MASSIVE burritos for under $7.

We got the pork barbacoa quesadilla and chips with mango-pineapple salsa as well as corn salsa, which were both amazing. Very friendly, helpful staff and delicious food, easy to order and take out! We wish we would have found this place sooner on our stay! We wanted to take food back to the cabin we were renting, but otherwise would... More

One review said "it's not Chipotle". I am not sure they're trying to be. The menu is a little convoluted and it can be hard to tell what is included and not. It was obvious the owner/mgr was training the staff and they weren't all equally well-versed on the menu. It was interesting that they put sweet potato mash in... More

Stopped on our way through Estes Park for a quick lunch, while the service was friendly (and they have their own parking!) the food was mediocre at best. My husband had the carne asada, which literally means "grilled meat." What he had looked more like pulled brisket. I had the chipotle chicken which looked and tasted like boiled chicken. There...
