Delicious!

I would describe this as a better Chipotle. Generous portions, and delicious ingredients. I got bison as my protein, and was surprised at the amount of flavor in the meat. There isn't much more to this restaurant other than it being a great choice for a quick Mexican meal to go.

In brief, 3 of us ate there in September and it rates as the worst Mexican food I've ever had and borders on the worst food I've had at a restaurant. I know recipes can cross borders but the food was very bland and the 3 of us left with most of it uneaten. I feel like this establishment takes... More

Chipotle like setup, but far more interesting choices. They aren't afraid of spice, which I appreciate. The habanero queso is awesome, as is the pico de fuego. My sister is not a spice fan and still loves her meal whenever we go here. A must stop in Estes Park.

This is a great little Mexican food place near downtown. I would probably compare it to a Qdoba or Chipotle, but with a larger menu, and more of a "homecooked" flavor and style. I had fish tacos which were excellent and came with a generous side of black beans and rice. we also had margaritas, which I though were a... More

The restaurant is similar to a Qdoba or Chipotle (Subway-style service/Mexican food). We usually share a meal as the portions are large enough for two people. The price is quite reasonable & the food is tasty.

There are times I dont want to sit down for a several course meal. Sometimes you want something tasty, simple and Fast. All of these exist at Peppers. I'm new to this tripadvisor thing and find it cool to be able to review places.

This place has really improved since the take over by the new owners. Not your typical Mexican fast food more gringo style. That's not to say it isn't any good. Their menu has expanded yet you still can build your own. Very tasty, fresh and great tasting! Worth the try and much better than the fast food chains!!!

Decent food. Not as fresh as we hoped. Appropriately priced but below average service. If you're starved and can't wait to get into a crowded place - then peppers is for you. On the plus side they do serve beer and margaritas and have rooftop deck.

We visit Estes Park at least three times a year, and since Peppers opened we have always stopped for a meal. It is fast-casual with a local inflection, and the buffalo nachos are one of our favorites. Fish tacos are freshly grilled to order. My only disappointing meal involved a cheese enchilada that was cold in the center. A nice... More

After hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park for the day, we wanted some good food, but also didn't want to wait. Pepper's fit the bill splendidly. The establishment has a lot of seating with very few customers on the evening we visited, which might be typical of the off season. This is kind of similar to a Chipotle, except that... More
