Amazing history, really good pizza, plus the odd surprise!

We'd had the take away experience a day or so earlier and arranged a family/friends event to try the experience at the Elkhorne Lodge, a party of eight with two young children along for the experience. Like the Lodge itself much history is involved, the story of establishing a pizza restaurant in... read more

The salad bar has a lot of options but the one trip plate is pretty small so you have to do some clever stacking. Some of the veggies were obviously from cans and others had an odd taste like they were sitting in a bath of chemicals to try to keep them fresh longer. The pizza also used canned mushrooms,... My family of six, with 4 young children and my wife, enjoyed our visit to Cheesy Lee's because the pizza was really good and cheesy, the atmosphere was unique, as it is located in a 130+ year old Inn (currently not open) and has a game room for the kids. It is located just West of E.P. off Elkhorn Ave.... More

It's great to see this place back and cooking getting ready for the summer rush. The pizza is always pleasing at Cheesy Lee's and I can highly recommend it to anyone who is needing delivery. The Elkhorn looks like da bomb so rush on in and get some bubbly pizza pie with perhaps a refreshing hops-laden beverage.

My wife and I ordered a pizza for delivery after returning from a wedding. Half cheese half meat is quite a treat. I enjoyed the meat side but my wife commented that the pizza tasted like a Totino's Pizza we cook at home. Since I'm the one writing the review, I say give this place a try.

We wanted to go out for Pizza and heard good things about Cheesy Lees. We decided to go eat it at the restaurant instead of having it delivered since we were snowed in and really wanted to get out. When we arrived we were the only ones there, they really were almost freaked out about having patrons and there really... More

We ate here because it was very near where we were staying and, at the time, it was very high up in the rankings. We expected more from the pizza - it was OK, nothing wrong with it, but it was nothing special and the restaurant itself was rather basic.

Snowed in at our hotel and ordered pizza. Wonderful pizza. Lovely gooey cheese and fresh toppings. Great thin crust too. Highly recommend.

We have been searching for really great pizza in Estes Park, and had high hopes based on other reviews. Their crust and sauce are both unique, and many people rave about them. We just didn't care much for either.
