We went for a long, hot hike and were looking forward to a nice cool lunch at the hotel when we got back - visions of fresh garden salads dancing in our head. What we found was a bar food menus with no salads and no imagination. A lot of salt to get you to drink more. There were about... More

After a long day of sight seeing, this is a great place to relax and have dinner. Their selections were varied and the view delightful.

Went here for dinner our last night in Estes after not being able to get reservations at some other places we wanted to go. Someone suggested this place to us. The views were nice, but overall it was very disappointing. I was hoping for a nice quiet dinner, but it was not to be. When we got back, I wanted... More

We were staying locally at the Sonnenhof Bed and Breakfast and the hosts recommended we tried the Lodge for dinner. We had been driving for about six hours and the welcoming atmosphere and the 'comfort food' was just what I wanted. I had the fried chicken and my husband had the salmon. Both were beautifully cooked.

Food was good, nice menu, and live entertainment. Prices were a bit high, but would do it again. Very dated atmosphere, but enjoyed the rustic feel.

We love coming here and sitting outside, the views are great and it is a nice, quiet place to sit and talk and enjoy a lovely dinner! The menu offers many choices and the desserts are all wonderful!

We had party of 11 and service was great! Natasha was a delight. Efficient and yet lighthearted! The food was fantastic! Whether Sea Bass or Ravoli or steak we all raved on quality and presentation. We sat on patio or balcony and it was perfect!

Very bland French Dip sandwich. A little mozzarella would have helped, as well as any kind of flavoring in the au jus and the meat itself. Store-bought packets are better flavored than this. View from deck was beautiful. Sorry to say the meal did not match it.

We ate dinner here our last night in Estes Park. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The food was good. I had the chicken florentine sandwich. It was moist and flavorful. My daughter had the macaroni and cheese and loved it. Watching the sunset over the mountains was the cherry on top.

View was very nice. Ordered a steak (came out overcooked), the wild game meatloaf (fair, nothing special), and spinach artichoke dip. Dip came out almost immediately and had obviously been under a warmer--saw the obvious difference in quality as fresh dip was being delivered to other tables. Mashed potatoes accompanying meal were bland. Prices were very high for the poor... More
