Just average, trust the TA ratings...

We stopped in without checking TA, our mistake. We ordered the buffalo and elk special and it was average at best and very expensive, $30. I would suggest that you eat elsewhere, I'm sure there is better in town.

The food was cheap, almost like it was all frozen- I ordered the veggie pasta, it had a weird taste. My kids enjoyed their kids meals, however you could totally tell they were frozen pizzas. The beer was good, and our server was good.

We stopped in for the $5 appetizers and two-for-one drinks. My husband tried a local raspberry brew. He liked it so much that he drank two. I had some house Cab which was nice and we shared the nachos, which were very good. A great bargain for a mid-day snack. Happy hour starts at 3.

We stopped in here after just arriving in Estes Park. The staff was pleasant and we were immediately seated. The kids ordered standard kids menu items which seemed to satisfy them. My wife ordered the shrimp pasta which was described on the menu as shrimp, mushroom and broccoli in a sauce. She asked that mushrooms not be included. When her... More

I don't know what the management is thinking but never have I French onion soup garnished with cilantro and the broth made with cinnamon. So imagine my surprise when the manager explained that this was a vegan french onion soup which he explained is the reason why it was cook with cinnamon and garnished with cilantro. If that is the... We were so excited to see and try Elk and Buffalo burgers for lunch. There was another place down the street that also advertised them but line was took long and they didn't have much seating. Should have gone there. We had a party of 4 and all got Elk and Buffalo burgers for lunch. I got side salad. salad... More

Food was average, not bad, not exceptional. Service was good. Would have been a four except meal was suppose to have salads, but did not arrive.

My husband and I were very happy with our meal. The service was professional and attentive. The salad bar, though small, was a treat, with a nice assortment of greens instead of boring iceberg. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent mixed vegetables that accompanied our entrees, which were attractively plated. I had the trout, and my husband had a... More

We went in because they handed us a flyer outside, we were tired, and it was there in front of us. I usually check reviews before going to a restaurant, but hadn't this time. While the food wasn't terrible, it wasn't anything memorable either. Entrees come with the soup and salad bar, which is a joke. There was only enough... More

We first ate there about 3 years ago but only had a good sandwich. Then the flood hit over a year ago and Estes Park and especially this restaurant are doing great. They have an excellent wait staff and clearly a great chef and kitchen staff. This time we were with another couple and at appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Absolutely... More
