Seriously, what does it is the location. The coffee is mediocre (not sure if it is the water or barista). The owner (I assume owner because she was very friendly and asked us where we were from) was working the register and she is awesome. The place is a funky coffee shop with a great vibe. It is right on... More

I really liked Coffee on the Rocks. My daughter and I went there twice during our recent three day EP visit. The iced tea was good and they have a great gluten-free chocolate zucchini bread made in Boulder (it's pricy tho - $5 a slice!!) I enjoyed the seating area; it's not crowded and there are games people can play.... More

We stumbled upon this place because they were the only place open on Easter (4/20/14). Not only was the food great, the views and perfect weather made it top-notch! Next year when we get married in Estes Park, we will definitely be visiting this place! -Pennsylvania resident

After the hectic activity of the day it was very nice to relax here by the lake sure and have Food and Drinks. The ambiance is very Laid Back and relaxing. Service is very good and they also have nice music. Highly Recommended!!!

The coffee and bagel sandwiches were great. The staff was really nice too. The outdoor seating on the patio was awesome with beautiful views!!! We wish we could take this place home with us to have coffee there everyday :)

This is a just coffeshop with bagels, but the setting is charming. My son fed ducks at the pool. It would be the perfect place to read the paper over a latte.

After staying the night in Estes Park, we found this jewel while driving toward RMNC. The coffee (Mexican French roast) was excellent! The shop was really cozy and clean. We didn't try the breakfast Danishes, but they looked great. The outdoor sitting area is what makes this place awesome. They have a huge, multitiered patio, with Adirondack chairs and tables,... We ate breakfast here twice during our stay, and many of our family ate here as well. Great coffee, nice selection of breakfast foods (including great Gluten free options!), and a beautiful setting to feed the ducks and fish and enjoy the mountains. Highly recommend!

Whether you're a coffee drinker or not, you owe it to yourself to get a sausage burrito. And the scenery is top notch.
