Description: The award winning Wapiti Colorado Pub celebrates and embodies all things Colorado. From the amazing views to the beautiful, if unpredictable, weather. From the glorious foods grown, raised and created here to the amazing range of craft and micro brewed beers and wines. From the wonderful people who call Colorado home to the travelers that come to celebrate Colorado with us. The Wapiti believes that food should made fresh using as many local ingredients as they can. They have a wide range of great food from which to choose. Their menu includes juicy burgers, thick cut steaks, pub style sandwiches, crisp salads, succulent game meats, and so much more. They also have the largest all Colorado beer list in the state and feature Grimm Brother’s beer from Loveland.

It was a beautiful stormy day in Estes Park one evening when we decided to stop and eat for our anniversary. We picked Wapiti for the patio seating and selection of local spirits. My husband ate the braised short ribs, which were excellent. I would definitely eat that if I went back instead of what I had. I ordered the... More

The restaurant isn't much to look at, and the beers are overpriced ($6+ for a draft -- really?) but they sure do know how to cook a tasty rib eye. And the prime rib was excellent, too. Grab a restaurant.com certificate and the value is very good, too.

Went here for dinner with the wife, sister, and brother in law. The hard cider was excellent, plus they had a bunch of beer selections that sounded good. I had the rib-eye steak and it was cooked to perfection. Overall all of us were happy with our meals and would eat here again. Service was efficient and friendly. Recommended.

The Wapiti is a favorite of ours, great food and a great atmosphere. The new remodel is fabulous (including wonderful new bathrooms) and the food is always delicious. I do hate that they took their mozzarella sticks off the menu but the onion rings are still fabulous!

A great place to relax, grab a drink and have a nice selection of good pub food to enjoy after hiking in RMNP. Our server was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our meals. The open air atmosphere of the patio/dining room was very pleasant and the prices were reasonable.

We ate here twice during our 4 days, in part because it was the closest restaurant to our hotel, The Silver Moon Inn (excellent hotel, btw). Also in part because our bartender, Ty, on the first day was seriously good. Very personable and great service. I had a chopped salad the first day which was good and they allowed a... More

Great little place. The layout is goofy, but the patio is great. food is awesome. Ordered Rocky Mountain Oysters for my friends out East, who didn't believe how good they were.

We ate at this restaurant a few years ago and enjoyed it, so we decided to have dinner here again. We arrived around 8pm, towards the end of their day. Most Estes Park restaurants close at 9pm. The greeter was very neutral towards us and didn't seem to care if we stayed or left. We were a party of five... More

Whenever I drive from my home in Boulder to Estes Park, I always eat at Wapiti Restaurant and Pub. Though not that big a burger orderer in restaurants, I am hooked on their Mushroom Swiss Cheese Burger and beer battered fries. The new menu post-flood last fall does not list this choice. Nevertheless, the staff allowed me to order it,... More
