Excellent Mexian Food!

Got a to go order later in the evening to bring back to the hotel. The food was amazing. I literally scarfed it down. Got three rolled tacos that came with a side of rice and beans as well as a helping of pico de galo, guac and sour cream. Huge portions and so very very inexpensive. I wish I... read more

Authentic Mexican Food & Great Service!! We were passing through and took the trip advisors comments for this restaurant!! They are right on! We were greeted as soon as we entered, seated and waited on right away! Great portions & good, authentic food!

We stopped by Perlita’s based upon a couple of recommendations when we discovered most other family friendly restaurants in Crescent City were already closed during midweek by 6:30pm. Frankly, I was skeptical when we first arrived and entered the restaurant but having exhausted most other options and getting hungry, we decided to stay. While the building is plain, the interior... This is the best Mexican restaurant! I love there tacos and the chips & salsa is so different . We come to Crescent City a lot and we don't pass this place up , it's a must! The empanadas are fresh every day! If the weather is nice, sit out side or the harbor is across the street.

This restaurant serves authentic Mexican food. We had a tamale stuffed with pineapple and raisins that was an excellent dessert that was more savory than sweet. It was delicious. Seemed to be a family run restaurant, and the family hospitality was evident. This was an excellent find in the Crescent City area.

The service was good and the staff friendly. They had horchata, but it was a little too sweet. The beans and rice were good. The tamale was small with a mystery sauce and their pico de gallo was warmer than the salsa - but I live in an area where there is great Mexican food and so my opinion is... More

I think this is family owned. Good prices. Friendly staff. The food is authentic and better than your "run of the mill" Mexican restaurants. Good for families and the restaurant is right on 101. Good portions of food.

This place is a little ramshack of a place, but has delicious traditional Mexican foods my whole family loves. The place is clean, but old, however the locals all flood here, take food out from here, and my family loves it. They have great pineapple empanadas - one of a kind!

We are from Arizona and have lots of Mexican restaurants. Went to Perlitas only because it was suggested as being OK and within walking distance of our motel. We were blown away by quality food prepared in a mild Sonoran style. Good sized portions and bargain priced. Perlitas seemed to have mostly locals eating there and for good reason -... More

Excellent food in a location with a decent amount of options. There isn't a lot of atmosphere, but we were overly surprised with the quality of the food and the service. We ordered chimichangas with extras which were excellent and full of flavor. My grandson had the chicken corn flautas and he mowed right through them and he is a... More
