The fish dinners are good, the other selectgions OK. The meals are a little expensive for the area. The place has a nice homey atmosphere and friendly wait people.
The restaurant was clean and the service was good, I had the fish and chips, with a cup of clam chowder best item I ate was the coleslaw. Fish was watery, fries were heavily seasoned and the clam chowder was obviously left over from lunch all I could taste was garlic and flour. Try a burger though they are big.
Just across the street from the Curly Redwood Lodge so we walked over for dinner. We were running a bit late and did not realize we had arrived just shortly before they closed. It was not until we were about done with the meal that we realized we were the last group and they were cleaning up. They told us... More
you must try their food. we ordered combo plate of fried seafood (shrimps, cod, calamari) late evening because the restaurant was in front of the curlywood motel we stayed in, and we went back in the morning. the place was busy both time, apparently other people like their food too.
Loved the food. Chowder was a little strange. It had dumplings in it, Great service, Fish and chips were tasty.

Staff is friendly, helpful and NEVER let my coffee... More

Not that the staff even noticed. The place was not hardly busy but not... More

We went for breakfast to the 24 hour cafe, Fisherman's Restaurant & Lounge and had Salmon Steak and Eggs for breakfast and it was best breakfast I have had for a long time. The next day we had the Lingcod with beure blanc Benedictine Style,... More
I probably could have looked around town and found something better. I stopped in on a Sunday night just before closing. I noticed they had "Salmon Fish & Chips" which I had never heard of before so I gave it a try. Unfortunately it is just a novelty and Salmon is really not the best choice for battered deep fry....
